So they gave us someone elses food, and when I came back, they replaced one of the meal orders, but not the other one, he came back, and he said he could call the police or leave, and we're just sitting there wondering what we did wrong. He seemed like he was agitated. So we drove off, I had an order of food that was not mine, and when I went through the drive through to tell them, they got it wrong, I told them I had abused with food already without realizing, but on the other hand, we had to turn all the way around on one of the busiest streets fighting our way through traffic, to go back to the drive through for food. So there I am sitting with my pregnant girlfriend over 80 degree temperatures, waiting for them to make our order right, and they only brought back hers. So I called back, and I told him I was gonna leave her review. Because of his attitude. I told him I was gonna inform the better Business Bureau, and I was going to leave a poor review on Yelp. I'm gonna get ahold of the owner, and I'm gonna explain how this guy wanted me to come back to a drive through to offer me physical violence, knowing that the pregnant girl in the car. Honestly this whole thing could have been solved just by redoing our order without the EGO. this young man has a lot of maturing to do, and I don't think he's suitable to work...
Read moreI did a large mobile order. I specifically asked the girl at the window if everything was in my order as there were two bags. She said yes. When I got home my cinnamon twists were missing even though I was charged for them. Plus there was a note on the bag that this order was "verified". That obviously was a lie since the cinnamon twists weren't in the bag. I called the store and the girl said is there anything I can do to make it right. I said yes you can deliver the cinnamon twists to my house or give me a credit on my credit card. She refused to do either. She said I would have to come back in in order to get a "credit" for something THEY charged me for, but did not give me. I live over 10 miles away. I am 68 years old with breast cancer. I told her that I would then instead call my credit card company and dispute the charge for the item I did not receive. She said good luck with that and hung up the phone. Also my tacos which I bought double meat, six of them, fell apart; that's how mushy they were. They literally fell through the wrapping they were in and just fell in PIECES at the bottom of my bag. They were disgusting, mushy, soggy, and wouldn't even hold together. What a disappointment when my bill was over $28...

We got two 5 layer beefy burritos - extra sour cream and cheese, a two pack of Cinnabon delights, one order of cinnamon twists, and a Baja blast - no ice. The guy taking our order must have been deaf or something because we said we wanted a Baja blast no ice. He rang it in as a Baja zero. We said we noticed the mistake and asked if we could get a regular instead. He decided to then ring in a regular without taking off the zero. Then charged us more. We didn’t know he added another on until he gave us the receipt. When we said we didn’t want the zero but just the regular, he shut the window and got a manger without saying a word. They gave us the money back for the drink but it felt like we were being yelled at by that point. When we got home to actually eat our food it tasted like we were eating a sour cream burrito. There was almost no cheese and little beef. When we asked for extra sour cream and cheese, we weren’t expecting them to replace the meat with just sour cream!
