I was excited for their new store but unfortunately it's a downgrade. Aisles are so tight that if people come on both sides of you, you are totally stuck. The music is a bit headache inducing. Clothing is organized by size but not by type. Sweaters, dress shirts, and tees aren't separated. Prices just keep going up. I understand that prices are being raised to compensate for training or whatever but I feel like the store is no longer serving the community. I love to buy used clothes here because I usually end up ruining them. Bought a steelers sweatshirt, long sleeve dockers shirt 5$, suit jackets. All dry cleaned and smell nice. Store is very clean! I feel great donating to good will. Goodwill helps people like the elderly and disabled who want to work get jobs. A great organization...
