My whole experience from start to finish was amazing. The information form I was able to submit prior to my appointment was meaningful and easy to complete. I also received an email reminder and very kind phone call to verify my appointment date and time. With my sister and mom in New York, I was unsure of how I’d feel shopping for a bridal dress all by myself. My worries we’re quickly washed away the second I walked in the front door. I was greeted by Tonya who continued to work closely with me throughout the duration of my appointment. I described the style I liked and also a specific dress I was curious to try to - which luckily was in stock. Tonya offered me the support of a missing mother and sister while assisting me as a specialist as well. Tonya went above and beyond with helping me to take photos and FaceTime my family. She made me feel like a princess in every dress I tried on. The dresses she picked out for me were so flattering and complimented my figure. I could tell she knew what she was talking about!!! When I got to the end of my appointment, Tonya and her coworkers joined me in the viewing area and offered me the love and commentary I was missing with my family being 5.5 hours away. They even applauded when I said “yes”! It was like my mom and sister were right there with me, just looked a little different haha! The White Orchid offered an easy, warm, and loving experience. I am so happy to be a White Orchid bride!! Thank you Tonya, Jefferi, and all other staff for being so much more than staff and taking place as family!

Update one year later: What a blessing this place is! I wrote a review after saying “yes” to my bridal gown but I have to post a second review for follow up on my experience. When my dress arrived to the store, I was promptly notified and set an appointment to try it on. I was beyond excited to slip into the dress that I waited patiently for and was so special to me. Unfortunately, the dress I received did not fit me as we all had expected. I felt so defeated thinking that I would never get a dress in time due to the length of time it takes to obtain a dress. Jefferi was quick to come by my side and console me. She ensured me that this situation would be a quick fix and that she would take care of it and boy did she stick to her word. I received my dream dress much quicker than anticipated. When I tried on my dress and it fit, I felt so beautiful as the staff lifted me up with compliments. Tonya was an amazing cheerleader along the way for me as well! The White Orchid made my experience from the beginning to end very enjoyable. My mom, my friend who is a 2nd mom to me and I went here to find my mom's mother of the bride dress as my wedding is coming up in September of this year. I am 30 my mom is 53 and my friend is 80. We went during quarantine last month and we all agreed the owner was nothing but amazing and the store was just as great! She was so helpful, honest and made us feel comfortable. She didn't rush us at all either day we were there and the first day we were there for hours! She made my mom feel so pretty in every dress she tried on -especially the one she picked!‐ the prices were very reasonable and she has a great selection for any occasion! Anyways..we just went today to pick it up and she was just as helpful as the first day and she was such a delight to work with. All 3 of us would recommend her shop any day! The lady who posted below about her deposit not being returned has no right to say those things and downgrade her that way! She needs to realize all of us brides and how many are losing thousands of dollars on every aspect of their wedding because of these hard times. $275 is nothing compared to what most people are going through! I wish I knew about her store before I purchased my wedding gown or I would've shopped there also. If I could give White Orchid 10 stars I would. I had an overwhelming positive experience thanks to Jefferi and another associate, which I unfortunately didn't catch her name. I went in not very hopeful that I would find a wedding dress. I had tried on dozens of dresses already and wasn't really connecting with anything.. but she really listened to my concerns and what I was looking for and found me the perfect dress that I never knew I wanted. During my appointment I had Jefferi's full attention, she answered every question my mom or I threw at her. Most notably the ranges of sample sizes they had were very inclusive and the range of styles were endless. Also the prices were super reasonable I think you could find a dress at any budget. If you had doubts that wedding dresses were not for you or that you might not find the dress then I would absolutely give them a chance. I found 2 dresses I liked but only one that I loved.. and I never felt pressured to buy anything if I wasn't ready to make a decision, even though the production time for dresses is a very real problem in the industry right now.
