The food was horrible me and my husband got food poisoning I called and spoke to the supposedly manager Christina who was very very rude and unprofessional and would not give me a refund she stated she would give me a store credit I informed her I would NEVER eat here again I told her once again I wanted a refund she then got very hostile with me over the phone and said fine she would refund me my money even if it came out of her own pocket. Mind you I live 45 minutes away i drove back to the location for the specific reason of getting my money back and she refused I told her that I drove all this way back because she told me she was going to refund me my money. And apparently every employee working on this shift were managers and everyone of those employees were extremely rude and unprofessional as well she then threatened to call the police on me I told her to go ahead I in fact called the police myself since she had already threatened me with that and I know the police could do nothing but I was covering myself. I asked for corporates number she stated there is not a corporate number and refused to help me in any way. That entire store needs to have a retraining on common courtesy and respect and for the supposedly manager (Christina) she is beyond rude, hostile disrespectful and very unprofessional. I can't believe you have such a rude employee (manager). There should be repercussions for all the employees working that shift to be retrained or fired! Especially the the very very rude and disrespectful manager Christina!!!! I will inform people that I received food poisoning and how badly I was treated by the entire staff working that shift on Friday 8.22.25 @4:59pm. I might have gave it another chance but after the way I was treated I will NEVER go back or recommend anybody to go to this location!! And word of mouth goes a long way in a small town!!!! Read moreI would give a 0 if I could. Never good service, and quality of food is a 2 at best! But my last experience did it for me. Went to drive through to pick up and online order, and it was about 7 pm....a total of 3 people. Me in drive thru and a couple eating inside. Get to window and they are waiting on my chicken. So I pull forward. Waiting about 10 min and a lady comes out and asks me if im waiting on food....well yes. So she runs in and comes out with 2 small bags. I had a $46 order. She apologizes and runs back in. So of course I pull aside and check order and I am missing an entire box of chicken. So I pull to front of store to go in. And my Mini Aussie is in car with me and it's 98 degrees so I'm not happy. I go in and tell them tmIm missing the chicken....after I stand at counter for 5 min so the guy working the drive through can finish dancing for his co workers. Then they question me over and over and don't want to give me the chicken especially the Manager she was the rudest. I have my receipt, they know who I am as I'm the only one there and was just in the drive thru. So I said just come search my car if you want but hurry this along as my Dog is in the car and it's extremely hot! And they still didn't want to give me the chicken. Finally they throw some chicken in a box and in a bag and half of it fell out of box into bag as they have no skill in food handling, customer service, or work ethic at all. And of course we get home and Food is cold, nuggets were old and they shorted us alot. Just a horrible experience and will be my last trip there. Read moreI get that they're really busy right now as they just opened, but it'd help if their employees actually bothered to work. First time I came, we needed to repeat the order well over three or four times to the guy at the window and at some points there was just dead silence and no response from him. They also didn't tell me they knowingly charged me for strawberry biscuits knowing that they ran out. It wasn't until I mentioned that they were missing from the order that they then told me it's because they were out and offered a substitution. They knowingly charged me knowing they couldn't provide it and would've left it at that had I not said anything about it. At best, it's poor communication amongst the employees. At worst, it's poor communication with the customer and a complete lack of care to even mention it. It was careless and very telling about the employees there.
Came a second time cause I enjoyed the food, but the line is insanely long and there are like 4+ employees just standing around in the lobby or at the register. The line hardly ever moves here and service would surely be a lot faster if the employees were actually doing their job. If they aren't trained enough, then teach them, but there's a difference between not having enough training and just standing around, not bothering to work. Popular or not, a restaurant isn't going to make it if their staff can't...
