While visiting Roswell, we stopped in at the red lobster. Being a restaurant manager of a 5 star restaurant back home for 22 years I must say we were highly disappointed with our food. I would NEVER allow food to leave my BOH like that!!It was not very busy at the time we arrived. We ordered the lobster tail and steak. The lobster was very tough and the steak I ordered medium well was more like medium rare and I could not eat it. The guy who waited on us never returned to our table to check on anything and we had to ask another waiter who was taking another tables order to get him for us. He came back 10 minutes later which by that time my husband was so pissed he had walked outside. We are regular customers at our local red lobster and always have a bill of at least $100. We asked another waiter to speak to a manager and he came back and said that she was busy at the moment. I expressed that I would like my ticket so that we could just pay and go. We did NOT eat the food on our plates and paid the $68 bill anyway. We ended up going to another steak restaurant up the road. This was the worst food...
Read moreThis restaurant holds a special place in my heart a my husband proposed to me here 10 years ago. We were seated today at the exact table without requested it which made it more special. I started out my meal with 2 of their famous red lobster rolls which are always delicious followed by a garden salad with 1000 island dressing. To drinkI had a red sangria garnished with orange and lime. I was also brought a glass of water with lemon without requesting it which was great. Our waiter was attentive and stayed on top of our drinks throughout our meal. For three main course I ordered the captain's way shrink with tomato and mozzarella Celeste which was delicious. As I ate more of the shrimp I noticed I didn't care much for the breading, it was more of a corn meal breading. The tomato side was served cold with a vinaigrette dressing which was pleasant. I ended with a mudslide which was perfectly made. A great meal! We went around 1230 which seemed a good time to go. There were a lot of people but the service was fast. Everyone exhibited great customer service skills. This was a 5 star rating. We...
Read moreDon’t know how to start but it’s a very uncomfortable and awkward complaint. We love Red Lobster but we actually had are stomachs upside down after our experience and I threw up. Our waiter was sweating uncontrollably, had to stop several times after walking, out of breath and his mask was half ways. When he brought our food we saw sweat drop on my plate. Couldn’t believe it. Didn’t want to say anything because we didn’t want to offend him. It’s a very sensitive subject when someone is overweight and you have to complain about sweat. We didn’t care he was overweight the problem was the dripping sweat. I’m sure the customers behind us had the same problem, we saw there faces but didn’t say anything. There should be no reason sweating and dripping it on customers food. Overweight or not they are in the wrong field if they can not breath, bearly walk and sweating on plates of food. My husband talked to the manager outside so nobody would hear. Hope they talked to him and put him as a host without...
