September 12th 2025 I came in and bought prerolls and a little flower. 2D2 Black Ice and 2 D2D Vanilla Custard. Im sitting here opening a new pack and there's no pre rolls. Only matches! Like what?! Where is the weed?! I am a loyal customer. I keep my mouth shut and I dont complain about stupid stuff. Like purchasing 26% at $25 and I get home its 14% at $25. You guys change the loyalty reward rules for "new members" that dont apply to old members. There's nothing for long time members but raffles no one here wins. But not coming home with a whole pack is the last straw. I've spent thousands upon thousands of dollars with you guys over the last 9 years since you opened. I literally don't buy from any where else. I am angry and disappointed. I expected more. Especially from you guys. 2025 July Ram took care of me today. Regardless of how busy he is he is very efficient. This man needs a raise! Thank you Ram. ;) 2025 June I came in a little while ago to get something to help with pain. Ram was my bud tender today. He made sure I got what I could afford. When I got ready to leave my phone alerted me to a high blood suger reading. At that moment I just... cried. Ram was cool as a cucumber. He offered me a hug. I didn't realize how much I needed that. Ram made my day better by treating me like a person. Empathy and compassion are so rare in this cold world. Thank you for caring Ram. You made my week. 2024 Best dispensary in Roswell. Every single person that works at this location is wonderful. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Christopher was wonderful today. He explained the deals going on, and helped me pick a different strain since the one we normally get wasn’t available. He also answered questions about the HIGH TIMES CANNABIS CUP-we’re definitely considering being judges!
