Burger King — Restaurant in Village of Weston

I don't normally leave mean reviews, but this place is screaming for it.

My biggest complaint is the complete lack of cleanliness anywhere in the restaurant. I only came here because my six year old daughter prefers the Playland at Burger King over McDonald's, and there is no other one close by.

I've never worried about contracting the plague anywhere in the US, but I question this place. There appears to be a sheen of grease and grime over every conceivable surface. Even the chairs feel deeply sticky, with soap seemingly not having touched any surface since 1983.

The toilets were covered with feces, and there were no towels to dry your hands, and the automatic hand dryers not functioning.

There was no AC in the Playland. There was ketchup all over the counter by the soda, and the counter by the registers, with ketchup even on the soda lids, it's almost like they do it on purpose. if you look in the grill area, there doesn't seem to be a clean surface anywhere. Grease and grime seems to have built up in every corner. The workers screwed up orders, and they fought about who screwed up right in...

I rarely rate a company with only one star because I truly understand and appreciate how such ratings can, and often do, adversely affect them. And I stress that this rating ONLY pertains to THIS PARTICULAR location. That being said, if I could give them only half of one star I would because this location has, and has had, major issues for at least the past 4-6 years straight now and there's no signs of any improvements anytime in the foreseeable future. Management is rude to the customers and often mean to the employees. Getting your food takes forever most of the time and when you finally do it's often cold or incorrect. And I've found it odd that the mass majority of the time, that whatever item &/or special that the corporation itself is advertising at the time, this particular location always seems to conveniently be out of. I ordered thru their app, got three whopper's, all with no pickles, no ketchup. I got a few miles down the road before I stopped to take a few bites and noticed 5 pickles on my burger. I turned around, receipt and sandwich in hand, returned them all, and the male manager Adam? Was very apologetic and understanding of the simple mistake, offered a full replacement, and was very cordial. Thank you to him. The female manager, who's name I was not able to catch, claimed that she personally made the sandwiches, and that they were "perfect" the pic proves otherwise. I then heard her chastise the other gentlemen I had spoken with for giving me a new order. I will say, that they young man who handled the situation did so very well! He even went above and beyond by offering a dessert as well, while the female manager scoffed, AND (And this is important) she also "forgot" the lettuce on one of my re-made burgers...thank goodness for the...
