Customer service was outstanding. The cashier/sales rep was extremely courteous, helpful and very passionate; she knew the product line, was very enthusiastic about the products and the services they provided. She was very nice and concerned about getting the Chefs/cooks to expedite the process and they in turn exhibited enthusiastic support for their customers and processed their orders enthusiastically and professionally and happily preparing the customers orders this in turn was met by their sales staff with their coworkers enthusiastic responses making it a contagious situation of a very positive environment for staff and customers and even their children's enjoyment of the products which looked and based on their response after consuming the products made the staff happy to see their efforts rewarded and their energy levels improved accordingly. One could tell the staff enjoyed working their and in turn their productivity reflected a very positive experience for everyone even those who were only picking up orders/ Favors for their customers. The contagious enthusiasm even reached the Favor Delivery customers who in turn rewarded the Delivery staff with a very substantial tip. Outstanding Andys Frozen Custard. On a Saturday 5/18/24 surprisingly not busy, we decided to order a strawberry shortcake sundae, it was bad to say the least. This was to be shared by 3 people and no one liked it. The strawberries were frozen, it was like eating frozen sherbet, barely any ice cream, no strawberry syrup and the cake was ore like a corn bread, it tasted stale and was very bad. For nearly $7, it certainly was not worth it, you are better off going to the nearest grocery store and buying ice cream for a better price and taste. The quality and quantity has gone downhill to a point we are not coming back. We chose this because we had one at the Pflugerville location and was so good, it tasted fresh and was warm and was a lot that it was almost too much for 3 people who just wanted to have a taste and indulge without going overboard on sugar. Sadly we have been too disappointed in places nowadays, with inflation, prices keep going up, but the quality is so down. We go to Andy's way more than we should. However, they are helping us out with our problem by lowering their quality with constant employee turnover. This is at the AW Grimes and Hwy 79 location. The past three times we have gone, there have been issues. The chocolate malt I'm drinking right now tastes like burnt rubber. Not sure how that happens, but it is so bad it is not drinkable. When Andy's is good, it's the best. But not sure we will be going back. At least not to this location. I lowered by review from 5 stars to 3. If the quality issues continues at other locations, I will rereview.

UPDATE: The franchise owner took a personal interest in my review. I have been back several times since he said he took measures to improve the issues I had experienced. In the several times we have been back to the Round Rock location, the visits have been back to the Andy's quality we loved. So...
