Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Round Rock

I have been here a couple of times and I can tell you that the customer service is not the same as all the other chick-fil-a establishments that I have been to. In general they are known for their pleasant attitudes with that "my pleasure" saying that set's them apart from everyone else.... you do not get that from this location. My last visit I ordered a breakfast burrito minus the meat (so just egg, cheese and hash brown) and to my surprise to was charged less because it did not have meat on it. This morning I went thru the drive thru and ordered the same thing and was charged more. When I explained to the lady that last time I was charged a different price she took 5 seconds to try to change the price then told me that there was nothing she could do and that I needed to pay full price, you are in a food/customer service oriented business and this is your solution? Not to mention that I was the only person in the drive thru and was asked to pull up to they could bring my order out to me, they need to re-train the people there with the same principles that the other...

The last 3 visits, I was not satisfied with the meat. I always order Prime Ribs. The steak is served cold, the meat doesn't look appetizing and doesn't look appealing. Something is wrong with the preparation! Maybe because of new Chefs or maybe because the restaurant is so busy and the cooks forgot to cook the meat as a Texas Roadhouse steaks used to be? Nevertheless, I still kept on coming just incase, this time, the steak and the preparation is better but No! I am even embarrassed to bring my friends and relatives from out of town fearing that they will be only disappointed! I come dine there by myself mostbof the time and pay $22 for 12 ounces of Prime Rib. I spent total of $35 including tip. Dont get me wrong, i dont mind paying Texas Roadhouse Prime Rib steak $50 if the meat is edible. I always go home very disappointed and sometimes nauseous! I say this time, ...

Chick filet has always seemed like they run things well. What the hell at Chik filet on palm valley in round rock . who the crap makes employees stand out in this bloody cold way below freezing to take orders. I drove up last week when my face and fingers wanted from the frigid air to fall off and was horrified whoever was running the place put money over employee safety…seemed not to care how bone chilling cold it was… Many weather warnings alerts on phones from national weather service warning DONT be out in the air in this bone chilling weather. Drove up to order and was shocked and horrified to see employees standing out there to take orders. What complete jerks to do that…who the crap does that to employees????
