This place has gone downhill since it first opened. Recently, I placed an in app order & went to pick it up about 20 minutes later. First, I was handed the wrong order, then was told to pull up & park so they can make my order. About 15 minutes later someone came out to give us our order.
I was missing my drink & a side of mac n cheese as well as blackened ranch sauce. The person told me that they were out of mac n cheese & blackened ranch.
I said so you were just gonna give me my order without the mac n cheese & didn't bother to tell me they were out (I'm glad I checked my order). I told him to bring me some mashed potatoes instead & if I could get a bigger size since I had to pay the "premium price" for the mac n cheese.
The employee came back with my drink & the mashed potatoes, but just a regular size. I went into the restaurant & explained my issue & was told that "no, I can't get anything extra"
First, they didn't have my order ready & tried to give me someone else's order. Then I had to wait for them to make it & was still missing items (that they did not have). All I wanted was a bigger size mashed potatoes for the inconvenience & for the extra 50 cents I had to pay for mac n cheese because it was a "premium side". The manager told the employee that I could not have anything extra, so I asked for my 50 cents & left. If the manager wanted to be petty, I could be petty too.
When this location opened up not too long ago, it was great. The food was always nice & hot and my orders were always correct. The manager at the time was very nice & personable. Now, I don't know what happened. The current manager is rude, my orders are ALWAYS wrong or missing something. I will not be coming back to this location anymore after this. I have been patient enough with this place

I'm mighty disappointed though, I visited yesterday, Tuesday, arrived at 5.36pm, only one car in front of me and it took them around 6 minutes to get their act together and serve that customer.
I saw at least 2 vehicles drive off for the time it was taking to get served.
Beyond the time issue, my last 3 visits I have ordered the Raspberry Cream Pie, 2 of those visits I received an Apple Cinnamon Pie, Not what was ordered. To add insult to it all today I asked to speak with a manager and explained what had happened, politely of course, and her response was "Well I marked them today so I know what they are", (with an attitude I might add) like that fixes the ongoing issue of staff not serving the correct product.
Further to this, my first ever visit I received a receipt and was able to fill in an online survey, I mentioned the poor handling practices (no disposable gloves being worn, handling peoples credit cards then food, so who know what may be passed on), so, after that visit the practice changed to offering the machine and getting the customer to insert/remove the card and wearing disposable gloves, much better hygiene practices.
Yesterday the server wasn't wearing gloves, was handling the cards and touching customers in the process and then handling the food order. Like wth?!!
I did not get offered my receipt either so can't complete an online survey. Try the 'send a message to the company' option and the link is broken, which is why I'm writing here.
Poor customer service, incorrect food being given out, poor hygiene practices and managers with an attitude is not what Popeyes needs in these times when businesses are closing across...

I gave the store manager an opportunity to make things right with me. He chose to ignore my calls and not return them. After the third time, I called the store manager directly and left a message. Nothing. The first time I waited almost a half hour for my order, they left one of my items out. I didnāt say anything and I didnāt go back for it.. I just left it alone, it was like $6.. it was whatever. The second time, I ordered a pretty large order and added some wings to it, again, super long wait.. get home, my food is COLD and they didnāt give me my wings! It was the 10 pc or whatever the middle size box is.. itās like $12 or more⦠I was mad, but still, I let it ride.. I didnāt say anything and let it go⦠just chocking it up to bad timing or a bad night for them or whateverā¦
The last time, I ordered a family meal 8pc, the large side that comes with it and an additional small side⦠I asked them for all dark meat with as many drumsticks as they could give me (for my kids). They say ok⦠I get all the way home to find I only have 6 pcs of chicken total, and 2 pcs were breasts!!! Then they didnāt give me the large side that came with my order!!! So thatās at least another $15-$20 worth of food I paid for and didnāt get.. thatās roughly $40 this place has screwed me out of! Donāt do it! Donāt go there! Save your time and your money! This...
