This Starbucks may quite possibly be the Starbucks with the worst customer service. I had been going through the drive thru every weekday morning for about 4 months. After becoming a "regular", you would think the customer service would become a little better as you are a familiar face each morning. Not the case. The same young lady works the drive thru every single morning and is one of the most unfriendly Starbucks employees I have ever encountered. And, at times, she is flat out rude. When I first began going to this Starbucks, I attempted to have little conversations with this employee. It quickly became very apparent that she had no desire to have a conversation.
More often than not, my drink is made incorrectly. Due to the awful customer service and their inability to provide me with a beverage made correctly, I have cut down my visits to one day per week and occasionally on the weekends. The past three visits I have either had to turn around or go to another Starbucks to have my drink remade. The first time, my drink was not even warm and the past two times my drink has been something completely different than what I have asked for.
Additionally, there is absolutely no sense of urgency. On the weekends, regardless of how many cars are in line, you are looking at at least a 20 minute wait. This past weekend I waited that long with 3 cars ahead of me only to receive the most awful tasting drink. I have gone inside before to wait in front of the register (no one else ahead of me) for about 10 minutes, never even being greeted. I decided to stand there and see how long it took for someone to notice me ... no one ever did and I finally just left. The most frustrating part for me is having worked for Starbucks for 10 years ... I know this is unacceptable and it does not fall back on "Starbucks'" name, but the partners inability and lack of providing excellent customer service at...

I can count on one hand how many times I've been to Starbucks lol So this time I went because I was really, like REALLY craving banana bread for some reason because I'm not even really crazy about bananas either. I know, right... don't like beer either but we'll save that for another day. Back to Starbucks. So I go because someone recommended them for their supposed banana bread so off I go. There must have been 10 to 12 cars in front of me in the drive-thru but I wait. I wait longer all to have this supposed wonderful banana bread. I also order hot chocolate, because like who doesn't like hot chocolate. I also order a small mango drangonfruit fu-fu drink my other friend won't shut up about. 15 dollars later....$15 dollars!! Over the next day and a half I drink the fu-fu drink and even not fresh it was amazing. The hit chocolate is still in the fridge believe it or not cause I didn't get around to it because I got busy and work and then had to leave for an appointment. But the banana bread...OH. MY. LANTA!!! It was so good. I bought 2 pieces and I'm so glad I did. I enjoyed that banana nut bread for daaaayyys. It did taste a little like it had a hint of cinnamon which is gross in unexpected things as this was for me but the rest of it totally made up for it. I plan to enjoy the hit chocolate tonight though, its been so cold and even snowed here today. Alot for Texas actually. So there... long wait in the drive-thru boooo, the dragonfruit fu-fu drink thumbs up, the hot chocolate I know will be good, I've had it, thats what I've usually ordered the few times I have gone to Starbucks, but the star of the show from that order was most certainly that banana nut loaf bread. Read moreFirst of all, THIS HAS ALWAYS been my favorite location, and always will be!!! I have been coming to this location for about 6 years now, maybe longer.. I know that I have left negative reviews before… but I have never ever changed the star rating...(IT ALWAYS REMAINED 5 STARS) The only reason I have left negative reviews on here is because there's nobody to get ahold of at all when trying to call and get an issue resolved.... The last thing I wanna do is blast somebody on a review.. So for that in the past, I do apologize.. It's very hard for me if something goes wrong, to just to just wait for it to be remade when I'm basically doing mobile orders on the way so that I can go to work on time lol.. So sometimes it's very convenient whenever the phone is answered.. The last thing I ever wanna do is rat on somebody in particular.. I love these guys more than any location; there is not a rude soul in that place.. I had some issues a few months ago back when everybody was new again. But I thank those who have stayed and continued to help make that place rock!♡
I can honestly say that I have nothing negative to say about anybody in that store.. For any review in the past, I apologize… please just know it's because I can not contact anybody whatsoever through a phone... I would do anything to try and communicate with somebody over the phone versus a review, but unfortunately it's impossible, (but I understand) I really don't want to bug them while they're busy working cause Lord knows they are always busy working their butts off.. I've even tried to show appreciation in the past by surprising you guys with kolaches/donuts. Multiple times! And that will continue to come♡
