I keep going back to KFC more out of nostalgia than for the food itself. It used to be fantastic—now it’s consistently subpar. There seems to be little to no quality control, whether in the kitchen or at the counter. Prices have gone up, wages have increased, yet what are we actually getting for our money? Not more food. Not better food. And certainly not better service. The experience feels hollow. Employees often seem disengaged, indifferent to both the brand and the basic responsibilities of their roles. When you place an order and pay for it, you should at least receive what you paid for—without having to chase it down. My wife—whom I love with all I am and ever will be—recently picked up KFC for me. She was handed the wrong order, made to wait for missing biscuits, and then forgotten in the parking lot. She had to return twice just to get the correct meal. That’s not just inconvenient—it’s unacceptable. How much of this are we expected to tolerate? We’re paying more and receiving less than even the bare minimum. If companies like this won’t hold themselves accountable, maybe it’s time we send a louder message—like the one Bud Light received. We won’t continue to reward mediocrity or poor attitudes from people being paid to deliver a basic level of service. I’m deeply disappointed. I’ve tried speaking to staff on multiple occasions, but nothing changes. So here I am, writing a review I never wanted to write—about a business that once meant so much to me and my family. Will it take going out of business for you to learn the lesson? Or will you choose to self-correct and preserve an American staple before it’s too late? Fix this. The only way forward is full accountability—for every guest, every order,...
Read moreHorrible experience. Our order was missing items, others were wrong all together. Ordered a 16 piece family meal and it was missing the gravy, was short 2 biscuits and the chicken was shoved in the bucket. Also got two hot Nashville chicken sandwiches and they were just regular. We tried to let it go, but the skin was all but gone and in a pile on the bottom of the bucket. There were at least 4 tablespoons of grease at the bottom of the bucket. I called and spoke to Shanta and was told to come back in and they would make it right. My wife asked me just to get a refund. I drove back 15 minutes and had to wait at the counter. Shanta was upset because all the orders were coming out wrong, there were 4 other customers inside because their drive thru orders were wrong. I handed her my card and she brought me back $51 cash, no receipt. She then told me I had to wait for a receipt. I waited another 10 minutes before she told me she needed the cash and my card back so she could do it again. I spent at least 20 minutes waiting for a refund. She then got mad at me because I told her I wanted a receipt to prove I got a refund. As I was leaving, she called me a jackass. Out of the blue. I understand she was upset, but I didn't do anything wrong. I was just going to let it go, but I went back In So I could get the owner's name. The other customers waiting said, " I'm glad you're back because she was bad nothing you and calling you a jackass". I turned my camera on, and listened to her berate me again in front of the staff and customers. That video will be going...
Read moreI've recently gotten in the habit of stopping at KFC. Twice now I've come to this location and had my order screwed up. Days ago, I stopped by and found this young woman working the drive through and waited and waited and waited before finally asking if someone was working the front counter. She said that she was. Minutes later she finally came to take my order. I ordered crispy chicken and she even confirmed back at me a moment later that I ordered crispy. I also ordered jalapenos. I waited and waited and finally she brought my order. I started to leave only to realize that there were no jalapenos, so I went back to the counter and waited yet again while she took an order from another customer. She then seemed embarrassed as she acknowledged that she was the one to fill my order. After I failed to focus on the chicken also being wrong, I get home only to find I'm now stuck with KFC original which I really don't care for. At this point I'm really P.O.'d Why can't these people focus while they work and get orders correct as they should always be. You know they have never screwed up my order over at Wells Branch so that's where I'll go instead. Now I can't stop by this location and it's all because of the staff at this location. You guys really need to fix this. Maybe it's time to send in the secret shoppers and...
