If there were a heaven for breweries, Round Top Brewery would be the VIP lounge. This place is nothing short of phenomenal—from the second you pull into the charming little haven nestled in the heart of Texas, it’s like walking into a Pinterest board come to life, with better beer.
Let’s talk about the ambience first: rustic meets modern chic. It’s like a farmhouse and a hipster bar had a perfect baby. Twinkling lights, welcoming staff, cozy outdoor spaces—there’s a vibe here that whispers “stay a while” and shouts “order another round.”
Now the beer? Holy hops. Every sip is a masterpiece. The craft selections are well-balanced, bold, and delicious. Whether you’re into hoppy IPAs, smooth lagers, or rich stouts that taste like they’ve been blessed by a wizard, you’re gonna find something here that hits your soul. Their seasonal specials are liquid gold. Genuinely, this is the kind of place where beer lovers write sonnets and casual drinkers become obsessed.
Oh, and the food? Don't even get me started (okay, actually do). It's not just bar food—it’s an experience. Elevated, thoughtful, and ridiculously tasty. The kind of menu that makes you second-guess whether you came for a drink or a five-star dining experience. Every dish feels homemade, over all amazing
But perhaps the crown jewel of this entire dreamy setup? The people. The owners and staff treat you like an old friend the moment you walk in. There’s this genuine warmth and passion behind everything they do—you can taste it, feel it, and see it in every detail.
Round Top Brewery isn’t just a place to grab a drink. It’s a whole vibe. A perfect little pocket of joy where time slows down and good memories bubble up as fast as your second pint.
10/10. No notes. Pure magic. If you’re even remotely near Texas—or heck, if you're across the country—it’s worth the trip. You’ll leave with a full belly, a happy heart, and probably a...

You can easily spend hours here with friends. Great Patio space. There’s corn hole, a fire pit, and lots of outdoor seating.
Everything I tried was good. I kept wanting to order things even though I wasn’t hungry anymore. It was that good. Let’s talk about the things I tried: Duck Confit Tacos: okay, WHAT THE DUCK 🦆… (these tacos were so ducking good…) the duck is juicy and tender with a nice flavor, and the toppings have their own unique flavor, from the guacamole to the spicy sauce and fried shallots. They got everything everything right with these tacos. Not to dry or too soggy, and each taco is put together in an artistic way. It’s almost too beautiful to eat, but let’s not get crazy! You gotta try it. (If I had to pick one thing off the menu, it would be this.)
Crawfish Crostini: Im pretty sure that’s What it was called. It was a special for the day. It was really delicious. Kind of like 4 mini crawfish pizzas on a plate. If you are a pizza fan like me, and also like crawfish… maybe this is for you.
Pulled pork sandwich on a pretzel bun. This is really good. The pork is tender and I am a huge fan of the vinegar based slaw (obviously made in house. Tasted very fresh!)
I focused on the food, but my group did enjoy the beers they had there. An overall great experience. Hope to return soon! Brooke, Michelle and the crew really took great care of our group. Provided amazing customer service. Hats off to the chef, Paul. Amazing job by all involved in this wonderful...
Read moreLet me tell you about a magical little spot called Round Top Brewing. I went in expecting some decent craft beer and maybe a pretzel. What I got was a full-blown flavor explosion, a beer lineup that made me question everything I thought I knew about happiness, and a teenage guitar prodigy who may or may not be a wizard.
First off, the food? Absolutely illegal levels of delicious. I don’t know who’s in the kitchen, but they’re clearly cooking with love, fire, and possibly sorcery. I ordered a burger and it looked me straight in the eye and said, “Welcome to the best decision of your life.” I wept. My fork applauded. It was that good.
Then the beer—oh my. If I could bottle the feeling of a perfect summer day, sprinkle in some hops, and serve it cold, it would be whatever they’re pouring at Round Top. Each sip was like a tiny vacation for my mouth. I’m pretty sure I fell in love with an IPA. I hope it texts me back.
And then—then—out comes this kid named Milo. Sixteen years old. Guitar slung over his shoulder like he just walked out of a rock n’ roll dream. He plugs in and BAM—this kid starts ripping solos like he’s been touring with Clapton since kindergarten. People dropped their forks. A baby in the crowd grew a beard. I saw someone Google “Can I legally adopt a guitar player?”
All I’m saying is: Round Top Brewing is not just a place to eat and drink. It’s a spiritual awakening wrapped in brisket and set to a killer soundtrack. 12/10, would sell my house to live in the...
