Pros: tasty drinks, good price, real fruit in tea

Cons: waited over 40 minutes for our TWO drinks. Bad customer service with no communication on what was going on. We ordered boba close to closing, and the employees/manager failed to mention they had to make a fresh batch. So we ended up waiting 30 minutes PAST CLOSING in the shop for it. Ended up walking out without it because it was taking so long and it was getting late

The service was extremely poor and unprofessional. One of the young staff members struggled to understand our order, making the entire process frustrating and inconvenient. When I politely asked for a straw, they rudely slammed an entire bag of them in front of me instead of simply handing me one. My sister and I recently visited Citea Drinks, and we were actually there because of the cute little teapot that comes with their milk tea, but we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of their tea. The tea was absolutely delicious, with a perfect balance of flavors that made every sip enjoyable.
