Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Rowlett

Horrible service, manager William Hardman couldn’t answer a question, to save his life. When I asked him, who he worked for and he told me the general manager was Rebecca and he could not have her call me or contact me and I could not contact her!! I believe this store needs a new manager and new general manager and VANESSA, DEFINITELY NEEDS TO FIND A JOB, SHE CAN HANDLE!! She is over hiring the staff. I feel sorry for the new hires. She trashed corporate saying it was their problem and that they had no idea or control over giving discounts that Domino’s have advertised for. Three dollars off if you pick up your order. My husband and I have ordered from this store many many times over the past years and I have never received one dime for always picking up our own order. I was told the last two times that my husband picked up the orders that we were to get three dollars off!! We have not seen three dollars off, so they would rather lose two good customers over three dollars because they have no control over their store I would go somewhere else if I were you!! This is horrible service, horrible service, horrible service!!! I will be contacting corporate in the morning by phone and I will be contacting the media to let them know that this store is a piece of trash. The Domino’s store number is 8068 it’s located in Rowlett Texas it’s on Lakeview Parkway if you really want good pizza go somewhere else!! I’m sorry that we ever purchased anything from them!! When you can’t hire educated employees that can speak to the public you can shut your store down. There are to many choices for Pizza. People are tired of being LIED TO!! PLEASE LET BUSINESSES KNOW, WHEN YOU ARE NOT TREATED...

Ordered a pizza on1/26 which was a correction for an order I placed on 1/10 which took over an hour to order and the entire order was cold. I stay directly across the street from the Dominoes store on Rowlett Tx. The order I placed on 1/26 that I picked up was burned. I called back anf explained to Sarah who said she was a manager who was from another store what happened. She was very rude and offered no solutions to the issue except "you can bring back burned pizza and pick up another one" I told her could I have it delivered she said no there are others in front of me. I explained to her that I dont feel as thought I should have to be inconvenienced because of their errors. She then said "I dont know what happened before, this is what you can do or keep the pizza". I drove back to the store to pick up another order I expressed to Sarah my dissatisfaction with her customer service. As I am speaking to her she turns her back walks away. I ask for her manager she tells me I dont have to tell you anything. At this point I am getting very angry. Another young boy I think his name was Isaac, he would also not give me his name when I asked him what the General Manager name was he proceeeded to tell me to wait he was busy. I asked him to write it down he wouldn't. After 3 to 4 minutes he tells me the name of GABRIEL PIERCE. I served 22 years in the Air Force I dont apprecieate being treated this way by these kids. The service was horrible and I will NEVER EVER order from this store again and I will spread the word on our Community Website. I will be contacting headquarters to inform them of this horrible service....

We have not had dominos for several years, as there was not one close by. And we had not tried it since they went through their new marketing blitz making their pizza better. We normally order Papa Johns, but I find their pizza sauce a bit sweet.

So we ordered tonight on their mobile app, pretty cool you can see the status of your order as they prep it, deliver it etc. We were shown an estimate of 22 to 32 minutes. 45 minutes after ordering we called to see where the pizza was. They did not know and said they would call us back.. About 5 minutes later they called us back and told us that we should wait another 5-10 minutes. If we don't get it then we should call back.. We were about to call back at the 1 hour mark, when the driver rang the door bell. Told us his co-worker got a flat, etc. etc.

I figured, what ever, we are hungry, lets eat. We ordered 2 mediums / 2 toppings for $5.99 each. Pretty good value, if the pizza was any good. The pizza was luke warm. The flavor was ok.. Had so much cornmeal on it it felt a bit like sandpaper.. But the pizza sauce just tastes like some off the shelf sauce you can buy at walmart. While I don't like Papa John's sauce, at least I can say that tastes original. I tried heating it up for 15 seconds in the microwave (2 slices).. The pizza got so soggy w/ that quick microwave, it was kind of scary.. Never seen that before.. The heat actually made the pizza worse..

I asked my wife what she thought, and she said we would not be ordering from here again.. Can't say we like the new...
