The person working the drive thru was so rude plus my order was wrong. Very disappointing since I am still paying $ for a service...she looked like she wanted to be anywhere else and like she just walked in off the street - no Taco Bueno shirt - no name tag or anything identifying her as an employee - it was a strange scenario and I wondered if she was supposed to be there based on her attire and attitude. When I pulled up to place my order no one said anything so I waited a few minutes and politely said "Hello?" she answered very rude and clipped "on second". The store was not busy - the parking lot was empty. I placed my order and pulled up to the window. Once she opened the window she said my total, I was expecting her to repeat my order or at least say a pleasantry like "Hi" or "How are you?" - still rude with no facial expression - she just said my the total so I handed her my card. She ran my card and then barely even handed me the card back - I had to reach into the window to get my card back, like she couldn't be bothered to extend her arm!! Such a weird encounter - all the time she was making me reach for my card she wouldn't even look at me. The distain for her job radiated off her onto unsuspecting customers who do not deserve that type of treatment just because they decide to order thru the drive thru at Taco Bueno. They should find new employees, who will at least treat you like a human and attempt to get your...

A few montha ago, I ordered chips and queso with my order, and they rang me up for guacamole (which is more expensive). After seeing this on my receipt and asking about it, I was told they were the same price by the cashier, and that I would get the queso I ordered. After getting my order, which was correct, I circled back around to check the drive-thu menu. Guac was like $1.50 more. I went back to the window and asked for the extra money I paid back. The manager came, and gave me back $0.45. I told her that the drive-thru said guac was $1.50 more. She said that the prices needed to be changed and that it was only $1 more. I asked her why she only gave me $0.45 back. She huffed, and gave me another quarter. Still wasn't what I overpaid, but I was grew angry and tired of their games and left.
If that isn't intentionally ripping me off, then that's pretty sad (and confusing) how a manager can't...
Read moreI tried to order online. Once I put my whole family's order in, it tells me online ordering isn't available. What a waste of time. So we tried to call in an order for carry out. Nobody would answer the phone. I gave up and didn't order. A few days pass and i really want to try this place, so I go through the drive thru. I had to correct the person taking our order a few times because he was getting the order wrong. When i pulled up to the window, they asked me if i wanted to tip them. If you were driving your personal vehicle to deliver people's food, I'd most likely tip. However, I'm driving to you. I don't really like the added pressure of asking if I'm going to tip you at a drive thru. I received my food and drinks. Our fountain drinks were terrible. Mine tasted like water with some coloring in it. Now for the positive. The food was meh. Just kinda okay. I ate it and was disappointed. I can't really recommend it knowing there are some better...
