I hate to leave a 2 star review on a store with almost no reviews, but I just witnessed the most immature thing from the store owner. The fact of the matter is you are right next to a martial arts facility, and noise should be expected. People are going to knock into a wall every now and then especially at a grappling facility. I am a visitor who thought about checking your store out until you came next door to yell at a room full of 20 plus grapplers and their kids in the lobby. Most of the people close to that wall were sitting, and it’s not like anyone was there banging on the wall unlike yourself who sat next door and banged on the wall for several seconds quite a few times. Which makes yourself look worse to YOUR customers than the occasional excusable noise from a MARTIAL ARTS FACILITY. At most all you could hear was the occasional thud, in fact I’m certain the majority of thuds you heard were from people hitting the floor, not even the wall, both of which are padded, no one was actively trying to throw people into or kick walls. I don’t think you realize the people who do this sport are the most likely to support business like yours. At the very least a mature request could have been made, but you chose to yell at them instead, and not even to the owners you yelled at a room full of students and kids. Frustrations aside you can chose to get upset or chose to laugh about it, I’m sure there are plenty of people who would have found humor in it. This place is amazing! The product they have is better than anything you get from some person “you know” AND it’s federally legal. They’re very knowledgeable about their product and it’s at a very reasonable price. There’s possibilities of getting discounts too. On top of that, they give great customer service. Really quick: they stayed open for a little bit after closing time because I was running a little late. Met the owner. He’s a very even keel guy. The customers are very nice as well.
