So Rowlett McD 'management' has hit a all time low. Since this Mcd switched ownership from Ron, years ago, it has steadily declined in customer service. Management is selfish, irresponsible, inconsiderate. I have studied inside this one for YEARS and tonight, the 'wanna be' adult female (who is inappropriate with workers) they have working the night shift, came by the table and said "it is past 11, ( it was 11:05), the lobby is closed, if you don't leave, I'm calling the police, and have you escorted out." Now...I was actually about to pack up but the rudeness along with being thrown OUT of a ALL NIGHT Mcdonald's was a bit over the top, for me. I said 'we've never been asked to leave when we are here and the lobby closes, yall are here all night' she said, it's 'her store right now and everyone in had to go, and she didn't care what anyone said ". Understand, I'm a 50 yr old, who is having dinner, coffee and doing work. And this is the attitude and their "customer service". Alright Lisa Dribben, if this is how you want to run your store and have your management act...I'll play. I will make it a purpose to be there at closing and will review this inappropriate, rude, inconsiderate store everywhere I can. note: there has also been inappropriate employee sexual behavior between the large lesbian/gay empmoyees reported by other customers to Jose, but it is ignored and allowed, so BEWARE..the behavior is vulgar & inappropriate for any workplace. Jose manager, also accused me of 'stealing' The APP deals (like there is even a way). I go everyday before work and get a large iced coffee. So I earn a free one each week. And in front of other customers, he QUESTIONED the 'coincidence' of the free rewards. SAVE YOUR MONEY..DON'T GO TO ROWLETT MCDONALDS. Extremely rude, Awful customer service even after patronage for as long as they have been open. If anyone has any other ideas where to post, let me know. OH! I went here to get a chicken sandwich and fries, when I got my sandwich it was totally made wrong, oh did I mention they FORGOT THE MAIN THING ON THE SANDWICH?!? THE CHICKEN WAS MISSING! So I called them from home and the lady who answered the phone was very rude she played dumb and told us we called the wrong mc Donald's ,so she had us confused, we did research again and realized that no it was the mc Donald's and she was lying so she didn't have to deal with us, so we decided to go up there and get our meal replaced, me and my boyfriend arived there I sent him in to talk to the manager, the lady was nice to him, telling him that I was crazy and she didn't wanna talk to me and asked for the receipt. I told him to ask if we could get the meal replaced and our money back and she told him she can't give the money back but can replace it. So he come back to the car and starts eating cuz by this point we are starving we haven't ate because the order was messed up and he tells me what she said about no refund so I go in and she gives me attitude right away, saying now she definitely won't give the refund since my boyfriend started eating to sandwich I told her it's because u told him he couldn't get a refund and now yall are telling me u can but only if it's not been touched . And told me maybe I shouldn't have sent my boyfriend in basically saying he's too nice and easy to manipulate. Read moreThis place has gone down hill, the drive thru takes forever. You place your order and then they make you park. Today (5/11) is the first time i have seen all reserved parking spots taken and then the ones next to them too. Total of 5 cars waiting for there orders, of the 5 i was the lucky one who received the order first. I really hope someone from management/owner reads these comments and stays after to personally see what's going on and corrects the issue. Today 2/16/2020 I visited the drive thru location for breakfast and ordered a number 6 with coffee, drove around and paid. Got my receipt and food and drove off, while eating I checked my receipt and noticed I was charge .59 cents for an upcharge drink. I never asked nor was i asked if i wanted a larger coffee. I know its .59 cents but if the cashier does without customers knowing that's wrong. If McDonald's helps 68 million customers a day that is 40 million in extra revenue. Management needs to look into this. Today 9/2/2020 I visited McDonald's for a treat for my son finishing his maap test, i ordered my food and the rep asked if I wanted some ketchup or sauce so I said sure give me some BBQ sauce. I got my receipt and noticed a .20 charge for the sauce, why would you offer something without notifying that you would charge. Come on McDonald's you don't have to nickle and dime your customers.
