Very poorly managed location. On today's visit, I ordered through the app and waited out in the parking lot. Upon entering the store, I was not greeted, it was only until I had been standing at the pick up counter for a couple of minutes, that I was asked, "do you have an order?" from a young lady who appeared to be bothered or rushed. By far one of the driest ways to initiate conversation with a customer. I confirmed that the order said "completed" on the app and all they said is we'll have it right out. As I stood there for another 10min, I could see they had not even begun my order. I understand they may have been busy with drive thru orders, but the way Mia(shift lead) and her employee handled the situation was very rude. They were talking over their microphones about me as if I could not hear them. While I'm waiting for them to complete the order all I get is eye rolls and my smoothie was nearly tossed over the counter instead of placing it properly. I have only had positive previous experiences with other team members, so perhaps these two young ladies have not been properly trained or they feel comfortable with their behavior..very unprofessional and uncalled for. Please don't blame the customer if the app gives out incorrect information. Read moreI frequent this location very often being it’s in close proximity to my neighborhood. I always get the same thing & it’s always for the most part made the same furthermore when you see the PB Swizzle as it’s advertised it’s a drizzle of peanut butter on top(fine) I order one online go on a quick break to order one & go to get it get back home & it looked like some took a serving spoon & plopped a huge chunk on top xtra xtra peanut butter, I try to call to communicate the problem & the number doesn’t work call customer service get a number(different from what’s on google) and no one answers so I have to go back because I definitely want my $13 for the overpriced bowl especially if I can’t enjoy it & the girl tells me some days the phone works & some days it doesn’t. I then go to express my frustration about how my bowl is made and I’m then told “oh yea that’s how we making them our peanut butter bottle dispenser is messed up”(no empathy or offer to remake it) I then ask for my refund which the shift lead has to process who isn’t even in the store at the time & takes about 10mins to come to the front. Read moreAbsolutely awful experience, ordered there last Friday got the gladiator Vanilla added cold brew coffee Vanilla frozen yogurt and strawberries. The first visit was good wait was a little long even though I ordered in advance on the app and waited 20 mins before pickup. I order there today, order the exact same smoothie. Upon arriving I walk up the online order line and am immediately cut off by an employee leaving and grabbing their drink on the way out, the young lady literally stepped in front of me while I was in line guess they dont train for manners. Then I get my smoothie and its absolutely RANCID GROSS tasting, I dont know what they put in it but its not what I ordered didn't even have the frozen yogurt in it, had to throw it out. Dont give this place your business until they get rid of the children working inside it.
Edit: i would also like to add that if you look at recent reviews this place hasn't recieved a positive review in 6 months at least...
