The food is fresh and hot, but fast it most certainly is not. Do NOT go here if you're in a hurry. I've been in sit-down restaurants that I've gotten served faster than this one, and it's been a chronic problem for a year. At one point the manager looked me straight in the eye and served the five people who came in line after me before she even acknowledged my existence...even though I was at the head of the line.
They don't start making anything until you order it and they make one item at a time. Which is great for making it hot and fresh but if you order something then you have to wait for that thing to be made. They will fill your tray -- one. item. at. a. time -- and then they will take your money, and then they will move on to the next person who will then have to order their food and wait for it to be made. Meanwhile, if someone in the Drive-Thru has ordered something, and all of the grills or fryers or whatever are in use, then you have to wait for their order to finish being made before yours will even start. Therefore, with three people in line ahead of you, you can reasonably expect to spend 45 minutes before you even order, and another 5-15 before...
Read moreI had a disappointing experience at this Wendy’s location. I went through the drive-through and ordered my food. The associate asked if I wanted a fresh-baked cookie, to which I replied, “Only if it is warm.” She asked again if I wanted the cookie, and I repeated, “Only if it’s warm.” After being asked a third time, I explained that I wanted a heated cookie with melted chocolate. She assured me it was warm and asked if I wanted a sugar or chocolate chip cookie. I chose chocolate chip and pulled forward.
She took my payment but didn’t give me a receipt. Before leaving, I checked the cookie, and it wasn’t warm as promised. I asked for a refund, and a manager gave me a dollar from the drawer. I found this odd because the price on the menu is more than a dollar, but the manager insisted it was correct.
Once in my car, I noticed that my fries were soggy and not hot, and my sandwich felt carelessly made. The only good part of my order was the drink. Overall, this visit left me disappointed, and I wouldn’t recommend...
Read moreMy elderly parents went through the drive thru tonight and asked the lady working the speaker to give them one second so they could look at the menu... this apparently pissed the worker off. She proceeded to let my parents sit at the speaker for 15 minutes. The whole time my mom was saying hello, can I place my order... silence... my momtried many times to get someone to take hwr order. It was intentional that they left her waiting all that time because when we pulled up to the window 4 of the 5 workers were laughing so hard the were doubled over , they were all staring at my parents and smiling and laughing! Who treats elderly people this way? Wendy's employee's, that's who! I am completely disgusted that my parents were treated this way! I really hope someone pulls video of this and sees how they treated my parents tonight! We eat at Wendy's two or three times every single week not including all the stops for frosty's! If my parents are ever treated like this again we will never go back to...
