FRIED WELL DONE! #YUM...Update..So not so Yum! At the time I lived in Rowlett, TX. I went in an ordered again since it was quite yummy three days prior.
The most terrible experience I will advise you of and hopefully some of the info I've described will help those who plan to continue to buy from wingstop.
So, wingstop has different a number coded size box for what size wings that have come in, as explained by the Management. She said coded box 1, box 2, box 3 and box 3 would be the largest.
So, I like my wings well done. I was advised and verbatim that, "I would need to ask what size wings do they have in order to know how well they would need to be cooked". HUH!?... Who would even know this information. It would be best for wingstop to ask this question and I'm sue other's would agree! No compensation like 10%off your next order..NO OTHER COMP! Like wow!
So get this, I was advised to come back with hungry children waiting to eat and drive 15 minutes away, wait for another order OR THEY COULD DROP IT BACK INTO THE FRYER!...WHAAAATTTT MADNESS IS THIS IN GENERAL BIT ESPECIALLY DURING COVID. So with discuss i asked for Corporates number.
So I called. Left my overall discuss about their policy and was expecting a call or email.
Two months still no call or email. Call back and left a message about waiting to months and no call.
So I then get a call from the "District Manager", she identifies as. But had no resolution and provided overall pushback. I advised I had to recook them using my time and oil, wasted to get them well done, she brushed that off. Not expecting this response from a General Manager at all. But primarily the response is, "I'm sorry". My mind blown!
Here's the pushback:
•I have to speak to the one person who provided you this information because it has to be someone new, since all of our employees at this location are tenured 10+years •We don't have a policy to take back food and recook it after a customer has taken it home, so sorry about it •If your wanting comp(and will keep reiterating) go back to the store....Mind you, and already had explained 3 times, it's been two months and I no longer am in the state of Texas. •I can't speak to anyone else higher than her, only the Owners are higher...No wonder her attitude was🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️ •Advised I had pictures and was told, "I can't tell whether or not from a picture whether wings were cooked well done! ... Wow, she must have never cooked a day in her life! She seem to become flustered by my having pictures and was at this point not wanting to even continue the phone conversation. •Told me my order was not wrong, just not cooked right.....Me blinking and said well my order is wrong, not sure what accounts for being wrong if it was not cooked as ordered.
She hesitantly asked for me to send her the pictures since I could not speak to anyone higher than her.
ADDED pictures to show the supposed well done wings and drop a thumbs-up if you can tell these wings don't look well done to you?!

Read moreAfter my daughter waiting 25 minutes on hold to order, she called back and was put on hold yet again. Finally we ordered online. W hen arriving there was only 3 tables so first there should have not been 25 plus minutes of hold time. When arriving home to eat, the fries were extremely soggy and there was absolutely NONE of the seasoning that wing stop is so famous for. Nevertheless, we put our own seasoning and began eating and drinking our drinks. After a few minutes we all felt disgusted with how soggy the fries and wings were but the drinks were great! I was so upset considering we go to wingstop several times a month and have never experienced this. So I called and to my surprise I got an answer. I spoke to the woman on the phone and told her how disappointed I was with our order. Not only did they not offer and apology they didn't offer anything. So I asked for a refund. The woman said if you want a refund then bring your entire order including your drinks and we will give you a refund. Umm, we drank our drinks, I fed my dogs the fries and I threw out the wings. I will never go to or order from this location again. They lack customer service and the quality of their food is disgusting. I am extremely mad at how they had a lack of concern for their poor customer service and quality of their food. Not caring about whether or not they made a customer who is not only a faithful returning customer but now an unhappy faithful customer, happy. All they had to do was make it right by refunding my money and they would have gotten another chance with my business, they blew it! I would be happy to speak to higher management about how our experience was but doubtful it would do any good. I will give my support to another establishment...
Read moreI have been to this locations many times, at one point would go every Friday for dinner. However I recently order food to be delivered and my food was delivered to the wrong location. I spoke with both Wingstop and Doordash and both parties assured me I was going to be given a refund this was on 5/10. Here it is 5/19 and I still have no refund. I call and get told I will get a call back it would be looked into and called cooperate spoke with supervisor Ben and got the same message would get a call back from this location. They would always state they could not give me an ETA on the call just keep getting promised a call and not hearing back from them. Today I went into their location, the manager there was nothing but respectful and did her best to assist me understanding why I'm upset. I showed pictures of my door and the picture the driver uploaded and expressed how I don't understand why I'm not getting an answer. When I called cooperate they informed a refund was never started. Here I'm now being told today they have to contact door dash bc they can't refund me until they get their money back from door dash per the owner?? What kind of sense does this make? I'm out of money bc your not taking responsibility for the delivery company you use? When this originally happened door dash and Wingstop both assured me I would be refunded. & now I'm finding out that until I started calling yesterday no one was even looking into my refund or had even started it. This has really been a upsetting experience, I LOVE Wingstop. However, this owner does not care about her customers. She only cares about making sure, she does not miss out on money.
