PLEASE READ! & CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT! I was there on 11/7. My total to pay was $39.55 so I give them my Bank of America debit card. I go home, checked my bank account like I usually do. I see THREE pending transactions for the same amount $39.55 so I called the restaurant and a nice lady answer my phone call she told me to wait till next day to see if all three transactions go through. She also said if all the transactions go through stop by the store and we will reimburse you. I stopped today 11/11 but they had another manager on duty (Eddie) I explain the situation to him with my bank statement in hand but with his attitude I already knew I wasn’t going to get helped. He was just careless and very unprofessional! He said their system only shows one transactions so they can’t help me! That I had to call my bank. So I did, Bank of America tells me I was charged three times and they can’t believe how Panera is not been responsible for that. All three transactions were made in the same minute so That shows them there’s something wrong . I should have my money back next day thanks to my bank not Panera! Thank God I got my money back but please doble check your accounts if you come to this location! and be ready to be treated like you are trying to steal their money! So sad they are managing the store like this. I love Panera but not that much to give them...

I've never been to a Panera Bread because something about the place always made me leery. Maybe it was the absence of cars in the parking lot or the many people I have talked to that said it's not worth the price. However, I am now forced to eat healthier so I went today and tried the Roasted Turkey & Avocado BLT with Broccoli Cheddar soup. I saw the advertisement with the crisp bacon and turkey piled high. What I got was undercooked bacon and one pitiful slice of turkey. The bread was horrible and the avocado just made it a mushy, hard to eat mess. The flavorless, Broccoli Cheddar soup was a bigger disappointment. It wasn't seasoned well at all. There was no broccoli at all, just the watery yellow soup stuff and those little seed things that are on the ends of broccoli. The best part of the meal was the Mountain Dew, but you can never go wrong with that. At $24.83, it was a waste of time and certainly my money. I'll never be back and I'll tell anyone I come into contact with not to waste their money their either. McAlister's is a much better value and much...
Read moreGot a little cabin fever while working from home, so I headed out to get some lunch and work from a place with a little different scenery.
Deviated from my favorite --- Cream of Chicken with Wild Rice soup --- and got the Autumn Harvest soup in a bread bowl. I signed up for rewards on their app and got a free pumpkin cookie, too.
Both items were delicious. Seriously, that cookie wasn't made of cardboard like a lot of places. It was mildly sweet and soft --- totally legit.
Service was great, including getting a refund when I was charged for the free cookie. She handled it quickly and with grace.
Comfortable seats are hard to find these days since it seems a lot of places don't want you working from their establishment. But this was great, I was able to get some things done, and didn't have to sit on Starbucks' tree stump chairs, so it was a win-win.
The only thing I'd change is the GIANT spoons they serve the soup with. It was ridiculously large and I almost couldn't use it. 😅 Despite that, I'll be back again.
Just maybe I'll bring my own...
