This store is just I'm getting worse daily so I visited the store today. Not as a customer but as a Uber driver and independent contractor on your behalf. However, when I came into store there was only one person, Brandon, working in electronics not only was he nowhere to be found but when I stopped a manager coming from the back to ask for help to let him know there was nobody in electronics. All he did was call for somebody in electronics, lo and behold. A few minutes later Brandon comes with the big TV for his customer. He rings him up and then proceeds to walk him to the front with the TV rather than just call for help and ask somebody to escort the customer to the front. I had already been waiting and again I'm on an Uber order and as I showed numerous employees before leaving I had about 12 other orders behind me. Yes 12 because I had a reserved delivery time which also popped up along with the food that was expected by another person. I don't have the time to just wait around for somebody to come help me especially when I ask for help. Not once but twice and the same person gets called both times. I'm sorry but Brandon was not doing his job because had he had been doing his job. He would have used his customer service skills too. Ask a manager to escort the other customer to the front while he assisted the customer that had been waiting but no instead chose to make me wait longer and expected me to stick around and still buy the phone and be okay with the service that I was provided and I wasn't. As I told numerous employees before walking out of the door I will be making a report to the BBB. I will also be reporting to Target corporate office because y'all are now costing me money out of my pocket. I will make a report to Uber. Also, I've already talked to the chat support to let them know the service that was provided and if I can sit here and talk about all of this on Facebook and spread the word that way I will because I am over it. Y'all are choosing to do nothing to turn this store around. You have tons of employees standing around at the front laughing by the bathroom but nobody to help someone escort a customer out of the building so he can assist his other customer. Please go back and review the cameras to about 12:00 and you'll see the numerous people that we're standing at the front giggling and haha'ing as I'm walking out the door after I've asked numerous...
Read moreI would recommend this Target in Rowlett TX because it I received some of the best customer service that I have ever received from any Target.I went to the Target in Saches TX on Sunday 2/9/2020 to purchase a 65" TV that was was on sale. According to their website, there were 2 available at that store. Upon arriving we were told by the associate working in electronics, that they did not have any of that model in stock. We started asking questions about other TV's and he became extremely rude and disrespectful and we asked for a manager. A tall thin young lady arrived and helped us locate the TV at the store in Rowlett and said that they had pulled the TV to the front and would have it waiting for us. We then drove to that store and were greeted with an entirely different experience. Every person we encountered was genuinely courteous and cheerful. They helped us purchase the TV and took it to the car and loaded it in about 10 mins. We then drove home and took the TV out of the box and connected all the cords but upon turning it on, we saw that it was damaged at the top and letting the white light shine across the screen. I called the Rowlett store and advised the customer service rep of what had happened and she said to bring it back and she would exchange it and apologized profusely for the fact that we were going to do so. She advised me that she would pull the other TV they had in stock and have it at the desk so that it could be exchanged quickly. I then went back yesterday to exchange it and again, was in and out in less than 10 mins. Watching the interactions of the staff at the Rowlett store with other customers and with each other was very impressive. I will be writing a letter to their corporate office as well to let them know of that stores excellent customer service skills....

I had told the associate that I bought a few items a couple months ago, still with tags on, she wasn't even pleasant, no smile , talked at me instead of explaining nicely.,, I had lost the receipt and did not have the credit card since I have been trying to complete my min, spend on my current credit card and had no idea which one it would have been on..She assumed that it was at least 90 days and said I could do nothing... ,,honestly I had no idea how long it had been forgot about the bag in my car and w/holidays and all just forgot,,I was shocked that Target would'nt even give store credit. I'm a 53 old nicely dressed woman, and was treated as if I was try to do something wrong.
