Today was the final straw for this place. I have tried and tried and tried again to be a good customer but I think they actually may be trying to ripoff customers. Today was the 4th time I drove up to the drive up window and said " I would like two of the $1.00 hamburgers ( yes that is how I said it ) and 1 small french fry as well as one small coke. She rings up 2 double burgers. By the way the coke had about two small sips of soda in it, it was a full cup of ice, what a ripoff. Anyway this is the 4th time they did that exact same thing with the burgers and each time I worded it the same so they could not make a mistake. This time I caught it as I was ordering and said, you put in two double burgers when I clearly said 2 of the $1.00 burgers. She corrected it. The last time I got to the window to pay and I asked why my bill was so high and she went over it and I said, no I ordered 2 of the double burgers, I ever ever eat the double burgers let alone two of them. She insisted that is what I ordered and continued to argue with me. So I said cancel the order. I went inside to talk to the manger about the rude person at the drive thru and that she was argumentative. All the manger did was walk away. Did nothing. I have had the wrong order or missing items from my take outs all too often. From now on its Burger King or Wendys' for me, when we are in a rush. Certainly not this MCD's. By the way I tried to call the owner and he does not return phone calls and their think shake machine seems like it might be broken more often the it works No more going to this place,...
Read moreWhat was supposed to be a quick, stress free and cheap dinner quickly turned into a nightmare. Pulled up to the drive thru window and ordered a double cheeseburger meal with no onions or mustard, a double cheeseburger, chicken nuggets and large fries and drinks for two. We approached the next window when the employee handed us our drinks and then a small bag of fries, and told us to have a nice evening. Confused we asked where the rest of our food is and she looked at us with a blank stare. She then asked us what we ordered, walked away and came back with a drive thru print out asking if it was our order. We confirmed it was our order and she explained the person in front of us apparently tried to say it was their order. Obviously the person at the drive thru taking the orders made a mistake, no big deal. They tell us to pull into a spot to wait and we did. When they brought out our food I checked the bag to make sure everything was there. We were missing the chicken nuggets. My bf went into the store to ask for the nuggets. I decided to check the burger to make sure there were no onions like we requested. There were no onions but I did find a small black hair right on the cheese. I immediately brought the entire bag inside and asked for a refund. Employees did give us a refund and apologized but that was after the drive thru employee got nasty with my boyfriend and claimed she didnt mess up our order and we got...
Read moreI order a big breakfast with hot cakes and added a “regular” coke to the meal. I got to the window to pay and the woman politely said, “Would you like a large Coke? It’s the same price.” I said yes. I moved to the next window and the manager and another employee were saying that, “It was a regular size and now it’s a large. We should not allow customers to modify their order at the window.” This was a passive aggressive slight towards me. So I called them out. I told them that I didn’t modify the order and that the woman, at the previous window, offered me an upgrade at the same price. The manager said, “Oh, she asked if you wanted to change the size?” I said yes. I could see the embarrassment on the managers face and the other employee had walked away because she knew what she said was rude and passive aggressive. I normally don’t write reviews unless my experience was exceptionally good or bad but I felt compelled to spend a few minutes sharing my experience while I enjoy my breakfast. I hope the manager sees this review, I hope he remembers it as vividly as I told it, and I hope he knows, with every fiber of his being that, he most definitely deserves to be flipping burgers...
