Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Rupert

I had an extremely bad experience, I ordered food, went home and turned back around my food was cold as ice. I go back to re-order cuz I paid 25$ for my food, the manager was very unprofessional about my order asking if I ate the food I clearly did not, my fries were old, Karina was the cashier and got my order wrong and my name wrong 3 times, I received my re-order while waiting the manager takes mt receipt and says “we’ll is says here bbq sauce dip not sauce and tossed” I told the cashier sauce and tossed and she still managed to get it wrong, in retaliation the manager gave me less hot fries, gave me 1 piece of piece of toast instead of 2, and gave me cold fries all over again! And my burgers weren’t re-done. I’ll never go here again. And will also tell others to never eat here unless they want to be discriminated against or disrespected, I came here to order hot food! Not leftovers. Very unprofessional of the manager and Karina Martinez especially while in a food rush and I came back 2X just for them to retaliate against me for the food. Huge RANT to DAIRY QUEEN IN RUPERT!! My son and his girlfriend and another couple went there after the Minico game tonight. The dining area was full as the game just got over. However They were the last 4 people in line. The other couple in front ordered and paid for their food and my son and his gf were right behind them in line. It’s their turn to order and they said “sorry we can’t serve you it’s 10:00”. 😳😡Soooo they serve the first two kids but not the last two kids in Line?!? They all came together as a group, just paying separately! They all sat together at the same table and two had food and the other two didn’t. I understand that they close at 10, but they were all together and if they didn’t want to serve them all they should’ve told them that before the first two ordered. Or offer it to them to go. They were the last two people in line. It’s not like there were 20 people in line. And they can lock the doors so nobody else could come in while they finished eating. We will not be going to Dairy Queen in Rupert again! Terrible...

This is genuinely the worst place I have eaten in Rupert. It used to be very good and a nice addition to the town under the old management. Since new management has taken over though, it has gotten undeniably worse. Food quality has gone down, cleanliness of the restaurant has also dappered quite a bit. I keep giving chances to this restaurant hoping it will be better than the last but I end up leaving more disappointed than the last time. Half the time my toast isn't toasted, which I can ignore, but its kind of hard to believe I pay at least 10 bucks for 3 or 4 strips of burnt, old, or undercooked chicken, I honestly don't know how they can eve ben considered strips let alone a meal when I can go down the street just a bit to Burgers etc. and get a bigger and better meal for the exact same price. Needless to say, hopefully someone higher up the chain, either Ridleys or DQ corporate can get it sorted out to where theres actual good food and a manager there that cares about the work...
