I was referred to this dealer by the Chevrolet dealership in Shelbyville, IN. My work truck broke down (transmission failure) and I was towed to the location. I was told I would be called with an estimated price for either a rebuild or a remanufactured transmission. I was called the following day and told it would be cheaper for a remanufactured trans rather than to rebuild, and with a price of $3000 to do so!!! I told them I needed to make a few calls and I'd call them back. Jack's Auto Repair said he could rebuild for $1400 complete. I called Chevy and told them I would have a tow truck come get the truck (Friday afternoon) on Monday and was told that I need to pay what's owed first, THE TRANSMISSION HAD BEEN REMOVED!!! When I called Monday morning I was told I owed $300 for removing the transmission. I explained that I did not authorize its removal but I need my truck for work, so I paid it. The following day Jack's Auto Repair called me and told me that they had the truck but NO TRANSMISSION!!! I then had to go and get the transmission, in pieces (IT WAS ALSO DISASSEMBLED!), myself. I also specified that I MUST have ALL parts, brackets and hardware. The service manager let me back into the garage bay and pointed me to the pile of parts on the floor which I loaded myself into my vehicle after he indifferently walked away. Jack's Auto called me a couple of days later stating they were missing parts and were going to Indianapolis to get them, further delaying my work vehicle.
This has been an unnecessarily arduous process which has forever turned me against Chevrolet and perhaps all...
Read moreCameron and Dan are great salesmen. They are always kind and remember their customers. The service side on the other hand are crooks! I used to take my car in and was taken care of; if I found a discrepancy about the handling of my car after my service, the service area made it right. Now? Before I left after my last oil change and tire rotation I found several of my lugnuts broken or loose (I thought they were caps until an honest person in service and further research said the covers and lugnuts are one piece). I reported the issue right away and was told they were that way before the tires were touched and sometimes they fall off. I found 4 missong and 2 loose! I checked all of my lugnuts a week prior before my service visit, all were there and not loose. You can tell they were over tourqued! I was told I would be contacted about the issue; I have not received a call and it has been 2 weeks. I will not visit this place for any work nor purchase another vehicle from this side of the Hubler family ever again! I encourage all to not have their vehicle worked on at...

Let me explain what happened. We were in the market to replacement our winter vehicle with a 4x4 or something with AWD. There was used vehicle listed on their website, in our price range. I called and spoke with Steve Price, and he invited us to come down. We live in Noblesville, so it was around an hour drive. When we got there, someone had beaten us by about 5 minutes. One of the managers, quickly grabbed us and brought us in and explained what had happened, already had another vehicle that was better (a few years older and a few more miles, but over better value). We drove it, loved it; but it was over our price point. They worked with us on our trade and we were able to come to a price-point to where we were both happy.
Overall, the best experience I've had at a dealership. At the same time, we also just purchased a new vehicle for my wife, and after bad experiences at almost 10 dealerships, I wish we would have found these guys first....
