We did a mobile order for four diet drinks at 3:30 pm on October 1, 2021. We thought one order didn’t go through so we put another one in. So we were charged twice. Then we saw car after car go through the drive through while we sat there. Finally my sister hit the red button and inquired as to the status of our drinks. The person says ‘oh yeah’ in a rude tone. After a while a young woman brought 4 drinks out. It said on the screen her name was Rachel. I took a drink of my route 44 that was supposed to be a diet Dr Pepper with lime and it can only be described as horrific. I exclaimed ‘oh my gosh!!’ I then had my sister taste it to make sure I wasn’t just exaggerating and she screamed too. They had to have intentionally done something to make this drink like that. It tasted like a mixture of solid syrups. It turned out that all 4 drinks were wrong. We wasted over $16.00 at this Sonic. Including a $1.00 tip that was sure undeserved. I can just see these immature people making these drinks giggling at pulling one over on us. We had to pour the drinks out and it literally, no exaggeration, took us hours to get the taste out of our mouths. You need to take action now.

Never have ice. Which is weird because Sonic is popular for their “drinks with crushed ice”. You get one scoop of ice in your drink and they take so long to move the line along and get your order to you, that by the time you get your drink the ice has melted completely causing a watered down mess. Then you ask if you can get your drink remade. I have watched them walk right over, put a scoop of ice in the soda that’s already melted, put the lid back on and hand it back to me. This location is terrible and most of the employees there act entitled and rude. I ordered a #9 with a coke. I had to repeat my order 3 times and wait 5 minutes before they even acknowledged I was there! Then I ask please for ketchup 2 times. They brought my order no napkins, I had ice cream all over my cup, and no ketchup! I ask her amd she said well did you ask for ketchup? I said it don't matter if someone orders fries, tater tots put at least 2 packets in the bag. Also napkins. I said stop being lazy and do your job. Last time I will go there.
