Bojangles — Restaurant in Ruston

Good coffee and biscuit, but pretty skimpy on the bacon and egg. One of our sandwiches came with no cheese at all. Some potatoes were stuck together and cold in the center. Couldn't pre-order through the app. Pretty loud music. Hopefully, these are mostly startup and training issues, but Ruston fast food restaurants (except for Chick-fil-A) historically don't ever seem to achieve anywhere near an acceptable level of consistently satisfactory operation.

Update: Three months later and not a lot has changed. Out of bacon! (We were told after we ordered and were seated!). Slow service. Sat next to a window and saw at least three customers in the "pull forward" area of the drive thru get so frustrated they got out of their cars to come inside to pick up their food. Soda dispensing machine beeped constantly the whole time we were there indicating some sort of error condition. I'm pretty certain this was my last visit...

Wish i had the experience of the reviews listed. Unfortunately my fustration started even before i got my food due to incompetent people taking my order. I didn’t even care about the wait (which was about 15-20 mins) but when the waiting was also caused due to the girl with the braids taking my order and the guy who was instigating the issue to their (intentional) mistake, it caused the line to stall even more and for me to wait even longer because the other lady couldn’t find my order (she happened to find it but under a COMPLETELY different name but it’s not her fault just the two other workers). Not worth the hassle. Gave them two stars because the food was fine but NOT worth dealing with workers who clearly struggle with taking your order- even after several attempts of trying to...
