The second trip in a row at this location to have HORRIBLE service! Two long lines around the building. Instead of one person on each side taking orders, there were two people on the right side serving ONE CAR and NONE on the left lane. When I asked why one wasn't on the left, they got smart and said it wasn't their lane. Got around the corner, and two women were standing there out of sight. One was against the building doing nothing. The other was taking her time coming to my car. There were at least 5 cars behind me, and neither moved an inch to help anyone. My window was down, I'm waiting, and she just stood there. When I asked if she was going to take my order, she finally walked over and no greeting, no smile, just surly. I gave her my order and said thats all. Then she said, " anything else? " I said no, nothing. She took my card and handed it back. Said nothing. No thank you, kiss my foot, nothing. At the window, the girl outside the window trued to give me someone elses order. I told her it wasnt mine. It was a large order. She just looked dazed and said oh, sorry. Then handed me a bag with no napkins or straw. She had walked away to another car and Im just sitting there asking the girl at the window for a straw and napkins. She couldnt hand it to me, so I had to wait for the other girl to come back. Meanwhile the guy behind me is getting impatient and on my bumper. Finally was given the straw but no napkins. The girl didnt say boo. Just turned and walked away. No thank you. Nothing. And they had the car in front of me pull up to wait but didnt have them pull up far enough. Blocking the exit so I couldnt leave til the other car did. VERY unprofessional people again today. Bottlenecked traffic, rude servers and it wasnt hot, cold, windy or raining. Read moreI came here on the morning of 10/13/25 and unfortunately had a frustrating experience. I arrived at 10 AM and found the line wrapped around the parking lot in both lanes. There were no staff members outside taking orders, which made the process even slower. After waiting 15 minutes without moving much, I decided to place my order through the mobile app. It took another 15 minutes just to get to the drive-thru speaker—so 30 minutes total. I got to the speaker right at 10:30 AM and was told breakfast was no longer available, even though I had placed my order via the app before the cutoff. The employee at the window was kind and explained that they only had one fryer, which makes the transition from breakfast to lunch difficult. I appreciated the explanation, but it still didn’t change the fact that I ordered in time and didn’t receive what I paid for. To make matters worse, I paid on the app and had to turn around a pay again for my new order (if I could’ve gotten out of line and driven off I would have, but the parking lot and drive thru lanes aren’t structured for that. I was starving after the long wait time at that point). I was told the first charge was pending and should be refunded within a couple of days. While the workers were professional and courteous, the overall issue clearly lies with management. If you know you're short on equipment and it’s a holiday (which often means higher traffic), it only makes sense to staff more efficiently—especially outside where the bottleneck started. Read moreI went to this location about two weeks ago on a Friday and received the worst service I've ever had at a Chik-fil-A by the manager. I went inside and placed an order to go, and then a few minutes later was told that their screens went black and they lost a batch of orders. So an employee proceeded to start asking people their names and order details. Not an issue at all. My issue happened when I watched 30+ people who ordered AFTER me receive their orders over the course of 20 minutes. I was approached by another employee who apologized for the delay and once again asked what my order was. Another ten minutes go by and I (along with two customers who ordered ahead of me) still hadn't received my order. So I finally asked for the manager and stated I wanted a refund because I had somewhere to go. She interrupted me and said that I needed to be patient with her and she was working on getting me my food. I told her that I had told them what I ordered and she said "Well you didn't tell me!" I stated "No, I told your employees and watched them tell you." Again she stated I needed to be patient with her and said she was getting me my food and refund. At this point someone handed me my food and I walked out without the refund because I had somewhere to be. 35 minutes after I placed my order. The two customers who ordered ahead of me were still waiting to receive their food when I left.
