Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Ruston

I am a Door Dasher the last several times I have been in to put up customers orders I am standing there for a while before acknowledge by staff for assistance. Customers orders are anywhere from 10 to 45 minutes past the time they are to picked to get ready. The staff will be in the kitchen laughing, using uncalled for profanity, and talking about their personal lives and how much they are ready to go home instead of taking care of customer orders. The only one staff that did actually try to help us that were waiting for orders could not get any help. She tried to get the manager to come out and talk to all the customers that were standing in the to go areas waiting on orders to come explain what is going on and why it is taking so long. When the manager finally did come out and talk to everyone he tried to say they had a lot of orders to get out and they were behind. There was only two customers in the restaurant. The serve was the worse I have ever experienced, the waiting and not having the customer order ready when they said it would and then could not explain why it was taking so long but clearly could hear why they could not get the orders out when they were suppose to be. I ordered a shrimp pasta and cheesecake with strawberry puree sauce that normally comes with the cheesecake through the door-dash service yesterday. The shrimp were really burned on my pasta and barely digestible. Instead of getting two strawberry puree sauces with my cheesecake I received ketchup in both containers. I called Chili's to speak with the manager and the manager was very unprofessional. He proceeded to tell me to email him a picture like the one below in order for me to get a refund for it and I suspected he had no intention of giving me a refund on it because he made no effort to call me back so I called back instead. He had received my picture in the email but I don't believe he looked at it very clearly to tell me there were black specks in it that looked like strawberry puree sauce when it clearly tasted and looked like ketchup. I was highly upset by that and I figure there was no reasoning with this man so I called door-dash instead explaining my problem to them and I was able to get refunded my. money. I have eaten at this location twice recently. I did not leave a review after the last experience as every restaurant can have a bad day or be short staffed, however after eating here again it is clear that is not the case. The service, from the waitresses, and ONLY the waitresses, was perfectly fine. My issue is with basically every other staff member in the establishment, ESPECIALLY the management. Not ONCE did I see a food runner, busser, or manager do ANYTHING to help a waitress. Hostess was nowhere to be found either time I have visited, leaving our waitress to seat us. Managers seem to be there for the sole purpose of hounding waitresses, which is disturbing to diners and distracting to wait staff. I noticed this mostly with a larger bald male manager and a smaller female manager. Management is far too concerned with harassing waitresses when they should be focusing on the shortcomings of the entire rest of the staff, although this may be too much to expect, as management is clearly incompetent.
