! ! V E R Y_P O O R _M A N A G E M E N T ! ! 80% OF THE TIME THE FOOD ON THE BUFFET WILL BE OLD. This is probably a generous percentage at that. _One day I came in for a take-out plate and the guy brought out fresh General Tso chicken, I believed that I was extremely lucky to see such a glorious site and right after I had arrived, but then he just mixed it into some very old and suspect looking Gen Tso chicken. He did pick out some of the extremely dry pieces that were too far gone for his standards, LOL. _For a while I thought ordering fresh off the menu to go would be better. Nope. Old Stringy chicken that is obviously from a day or two before and just reheated with fresh sauce, time after time after time. VERY bad business. I quit going there. _What's ironic is that when their food is actually fresh it's actually quite good and they have some of the BEST Gen Tso chicken I've ever had(when it's fresh, good luck getting any though). Out of the 20 times I've eaten there though I've only had fresh Tso chicken 2 times and one of those times was from when the guy mixed the old and new batches together. Thus forcing me to pick through it to get the fresh. Not something a paying customer should EVER have to do. _On an upside, the staff is very friendly but I'm not going there to make friends so...I'd rather them be rude to me and give me fresh food for my money. ! ! Please, don't do it. Save yourself. It's too late for me, but you still have a chance. Just say no. Don't do this to yourself, please. If you have ever had the joy of eating good Chinese food, run. Even if your expectations are low considering the location and the fact that it is a buffet, you will STILL be appalled and disgusted. I have never been to a restaurant where I wasn't able to find at least one thing I could eat and enjoy, but after trying almost all of the main dishes here I pushed away a full plate while violently fighting my gag reflex. I am not a picky eater, I love every kind of cuisine you can think of and I never send food back unless it's unsafe to eat. This place was horrible on another level. I have been all across the country and this place now tops my very, very short list of the worst places I have ever eaten in my life. Just...

Not satisfying! The service was horrible they were not busy at all, they brought my tea out , no straw. Tea was horrible , it tasted soured. Never ask if I would like to place an order or eating g off the buffet. Who wants to eat off of buffet during COVID! REALLY?Not me , thank you! I had to get up from my seat , ask for my rice, thought a waitress would come over and ask for my order. NOT! She brought out my shrimp fried rice, I told her I wanted a side order of crab puffs. She went and got crab puffs. She never ask if I needed any kind of sauce she just walked away. I believe that if we come into this facility we are there to be served in a professional way with hospitality. One that would make you want to come back for more. No way! Not here! My last time!
