I ordered Thru the Wendy’s app for delivery. The sub deliver using door dash. I had only received 2 of our 3 meals. I called & a younger person said I could come get it or call door dash, that it wasn’t on the restaurant basically. I made contact w door dash & they said because we ordered Thru the wendys app and not door dash app-it was on the restaurant-but the DD CSR did say he would make an exception because of my long order history with door dash & contact Wendys to get an ok from management to send out for RE delivery. While trying to call them I called back also and a very nice manager answers & was black and white- a customer ordered and paid for delivery. Period. Didn’t get all of their items. Period. We will fix it now. Period. She sent the Asst manager to deliver my missing dinner. See how easy that was? She was awesome. Door dash was going to remedy it, & if that young woman who first answered the phone would not have been so rude and quick to “oh well” a customer- I would have had my dinner a lot sooner. But the food was fresh & the manager who brought it to us was very apologetic & kind. Read moreI was very disappointed when I went through this drive-through a couple weeks ago and when I got to the window, I asked the young lady for ketchup (because I had ordered fries) and she said to me that she could not give me any because I didn't order the ketchup at the drive-through speaker. I was taken aback by this. She apologized and stated that management does not allow them to give out ketchup unless it is ordered at the speaker because they have to charge for it. I didn't want to make a big deal of it, especially since this was a teenage girl (and i could only think of my teenage girl standing at the window having to tell someone the same thing). I let it go and just pulled away from the window. I have since been back through this same Wendy's and have asked for ketchup at the window, and they have given it to me. I am not sure what this was about, but I felt it was quite odd that they would not give ketchup to someone who ordered fries. Why would management tell these poor kids who have to stand at the window and hand people their food that they can't have ketchup unless they already ordered it at the speaker? Read moreWORST customer service! Went through the drive thru, at 3:25 in the afternoon, ordered 3 Frosties. The order-taker seemed annoyed that we took a minute to get our order straight, then said “I’ll have your total at the window” we get there and the window person was sitting down. When she came to the window, she had the wrong order. We gave her the order again. By the amount she asked for, we knew the order was wrong. We ordered twice more. She took our card and ran it for the amount she initially told us. Then, the manager came over. We said the order for a fourth time. There was very loud laughing and playing around going on inside. She took our receipt and said we could go to the next window. We get there, and that person handed us three small Frosties when one was supposed to be medium. We, for the fifth time, repeated the order. She said “you didn’t ask for a medium”. “Yes, we did this is now the FIFTH time and never has anyone here said thank you so, you’re welcome.” HORRIBLE I called the customer service number to complain but they don’t answer the phone on Sundays.
