Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Rutherfordton

The worst service I have ever had! We order a Buffalo Chicken Pizza and Habanero Sandwich with a couple other things when we order for Delivery. When they brought the delivery, our buffalo chicken pizza and Habanero Sandwich were missing the Buffalo and Habanero. The Buffalo is forgotten every other time we order it, it's gotten to where we are surprised when the sauce is actually on the pizza. When we explain to them this happens everytime and everytime all we get is a "well remake it and send it out" then we wait 45 min to an hour to finally just get our correct order and not a single courtesy to try and keep a regular customer. Shame when I worked in the service industry there was courtesy for customers that get their dinner completely ruined, especially for a reoccurring problem. I don't know if it's the Management, training, or the process that leads to my buffalo chicken pizza to be remade every other time I order it but I guess shame on me for continuing to order. For Godsake the employee that answered the phone, didn't even know what's on the menu.. and I am still...

We had to wait over an hour for the pizza, and when I called to check on the order, I was placed on hold for over 5 minutes. I just hung up. When the driver arrived, she snickered regarding the wait time for the pizza. And for our wait time, we received a free diet coke. I do not eat/drink aspartame. We were informed that you were unaware of the number of orders you had received and were behind, but we never once received a call informing us of this. The customer service was abysmal! The ONLY positive is that the pizza was hot and made correctly. Though the pizza was good, due to the lack of customer service, I will not be ordering from this location again. Please note that customer service goes a very long way. I am generally a positive and polite person, and beyond accommodating. If we had only received a call to inform of the delay, that would have been fine, and we would have adjusted our lunch hour...

The assistant manager said that she was too busy to call her manager and after I placed my order the was already burned pizza and uncooked chicken she just hung up the phone when I called back she said she didn't put my order in after 20 mins on the phone I told her I would like for her to do her job and take the order she then threatened to call the police and said that the GM was her husband. This was beyond unprofessional and obviously reflects a power trip over customer service skills! I will never spend a penny again there and our kids usually order every week. She was rude disrespectful and incapable of doing her job. The worst part is she is a manager someone who is supposed to be able to do her job what a reflection...
