Cara Mia's — Restaurant in Rutland City

Who knew that ordering a pizza at this place would get you slammed on the pavement with people watching. On Halloween night I ordered a pizza for delivery and the girl on the phone told me they don't deliver to the hotel I stay at. Don't understand why, I just saw one of there delivery vehicles here 2 weeks ago. They deliver all the way down to rt 103. This is discrimination. I asked to speak to the manager and her reply was "why, he's not gonna tell you anything different than I did". When I got there to get my pizza again I asked to talk to manager. The kid came out and when I explained to him this is discrimination he and I both started having a heated argument . All of us were yelling at each other then 3 men that worked there crowed me out the door. One of the boys then slammed me down on the ground. The police came and gave me a citation but never did a thing nor a charge for all 3 of them bullying me and assaulting a 51 year old women. I don't understand what the point of slamming me on the ground is if I'm already out the door. Truth of the matter is the hotel has security onsite and their is over 20 cameras here as well. They are saver here than on any other street or home . Couldn't tell you if the pizza was any good cause they wouldn't let my friend in to pick it up and the police never questioned the other witness that sat in his car and saw the whole incident. Not sure who he was but the police never asked him a darn thing . ...

BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!Ordered a overpriced large pie for pick up and told my total was 17.60.When trying to pay for it my total came to 18.25 .when I asked why I was informed at the register it because I wasn't paying cash which clearly states it's all about dodging the IRS . Told my order would be done in 30 min ..showed up in 20 to pick up a coagulated pile of cold cheese on undercooked dough.There was more sugar in the tomato sauce than I get in my glass of chocolate milk at the end of the night.. to all visitors or anybody that values their dollar. There's only one place to get pizza within 20 mi of Rutland and that is iPie in Killington. If not, I highly suggest you get a box of elio's from the supermarket cuz it will taste exactly the same as any pie you can get in Rutland. SKETCHY BUSINESS PRACTICES GUY .DISHONEST MENU PRICES. I can only assume you're extremely lucky cuz the IRS is completely backed up in paperwork.. and that my friends is my 65...

I order there tonight; spent $50.40 on food. I have ordered plenty of times from Ciara Mia's. I have never had to ask for pasta with my dinners. This time the food gets delivered and neither meals came with pasta. It cost $11.00 for three meatballs and another 11.00 for one chicken cutlet. When I called back and asked where my pasta was I was told it doesn't come with the meal. It's $5.00 extra. The chicken cutlet and meatball parmasen is listed in the menu under PASTA! The meatballs were cold and the bread has no butter and neither did they give any. I also asked for plates to be provided and of course they couldn't give us those with our 50$ order either. Very disappointed and will not be buying dinners from them again. I was only only given one option for dressing with the salad I purshased, house dressing and not one the 5 us like it.
