Visited from out of town after seeing place listed as the best delicatessen in VT. Kinda makes me sad for VT. First let me say, it was acceptable food. But a few things to know. Portions were good for the price. Grinder rolls are non descript and don't hold up to oil well. Lettuce is an upcharge, default topping is shredded cabbage. Pickles were very good. Deviled eggs bland. Pasta salad very good. Mac's meh. You can dine in but it feels like an abandoned library. Layout is awkward and five people in line made it very uncomfortable. We are so grateful this place was recommended to us and we will...

But it's still a pretty good sandwich. It's just not the value...
