McDonald's — Restaurant in Rutland City

The most rude & unprofessional experience I've had with this chain & probably any food establishment. If I could give its no stars I would. Our car had two separate orders, when we pulled up to the second window we got part of our first order and then was asked to pull ahead to the third window to wait for the cookies from the first order. An employee came to give us our cookies then we asked what about the second order. He said one moment let me check. This is where the experience is mind blowing... A tremendously oversized man then came to the window with our second order, but instead of giving it to us he started up a confrontation asking "what is the problem" so we told him what happened and then he proceeded to blame the issue on us as apparently we weren't supposed to pull forward..but thats what we were told... Super confused the gentleman was clearly having a bad day and was looking to fight with someone. He then stared at us with a dumb blank look and keep saying how it was our fault.

EVEN if it was... what problem did it cause, give u our food and we'll be on our way. But he was resilient wanting to argue with us. Hope McDonalds takes a look into this and remove this guy. Completely unnecessary and mind blowing this even happened. OH and on top of it, SOME OF THE WORST McDonalds FOOD I"VE EVER HAD. Cold stale Frys, flat coke, burnt sandwich buns, and tasted like 3 day old cheeseburgers. STAY AWAY...

I wish I could give this place a zero! After struggling to refund our doordash of donut holes from the nearby Dunkin’ that ran out of food, our only option was to go to this low class McDonald’s restaurant. Being that we have traveled here by bus from 11 hours away, we have no car with us. When we arrive after our walk to the McDonald’s we find that THEIR DINING ROOM WAS CLOSED AND IT WASN’T EVEN MENTIONED ON THEIR WEBSITE, we had to walk the drive through. The woman who spoke to us through the intercom was extremely derogatory and told us to leave because they were too busy deal with us just because we were technologically impaired in the manner of vehicles. This was clearly wrong on her part and she caused a whole dilemma by not allowing us to order or informing us to leave before we waited in 20° weather for 10 minutes. This whole situation was entirely too stressful and I wanted to share my experience so that no one else will ever have to go...

Horrible servis went threw the drive threw around 8:45pm n was disrespected at the start some leondra girl was so disrespectful over the head set I go up to first window n there was a sweet girl there taking my cash n then I got to the next window n no one is there I saw 5 front workers standing near the bagging section talking n laughing as the store look horrible I looked threw the window n saw crums n ice cream on the counters spilled drinks n a bunch of Drinks jus around half drank wit straws in em it was nasty n then I got my food n I had asked for 2 cups of pickles n mayo packets as well i had not received them as they where tho on my order n then the crispy sandwich was not even a crispy idk how you can even sell such a thing it was like a mcnugget more than a mccryspy completely horrible n the frys where hard n stale n not even half full like mabey if the workers where actually trying it woulda been better overall horrible...
