Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Rutland Township

I went too Jimmy Johns today at 1pm and this was an extremely disappointing experience at Jimmy John's. I hadn't visited this location in over a month and a half, and I was shocked by the decline in quality. Today, when my son and I ordered sandwiches, they were subpar and unappetizing. To make matters worse, my younger son discovered a dark, short hair in one of the sandwiches, which was truly disgusting. I'm appalled by the deterioration of this establishment. It's baffling because just a month and a half ago, the sandwiches were delicious and well-prepared. I used to enjoy them daily before my vacation, but upon returning, I encountered this unacceptable situation. I sincerely hope that the individual responsible, particularly the person who made my sandwich, receives appropriate feedback. I am uncertain if there have been recent changes in staffing, but the quality of service and food has significantly declined compared to two months ago. Alright, I grant that I had a somewhat complicated order, but I'm still mad, mostly because I'm still hungry, which is because THE PERSON WHO MADE MY SANDWICH ROBBED ME OF ALL MY DELICIOUS INSIDE BREAD WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I ordered a Vito, after trying to order the giant club equivalent but without ham and a couple other things, the kid at the drive through said "just get a Vito, it's the same" Okay. So I get home, I have like four pieces of salami, a lot of lettuce, and NO BREAD. Which is not what I ordered at the window. My order also took literally ten minutes to make. In college I would place my order and have it delivered in ten minutes or less, why is it the same amount of time when I'm SITTING AT THE WINDOW LOOKING AT THE EMPLOYEES. And no, it was not busy. Like I said, I wouldn't be so so SO mad if I wasn't LITERALLY STARVING. But now I've eaten my wrong sandwich and now am I not only still hungry, I'm also MAD...

We ordered 6 sandwich’s and 6 sides for delivery. The order taker did a fabulous job taking the order. The sandwiches were delicious as always. Order was delivered within 15 minutes. My problem is the delivery fee! $12.45! This didn’t include the tip, its stated driver doesn’t get any portion of the delivery charge on the website. So it was close to $25 to have sandwiches delivered! We never thought to ask what the delivery charge was since delivery is usually $3-5. The ridiculous fee was never mentioned during the ordering process. Customers should be told of the fees. If we knew we would have...
