Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Saco

The food at this particular restaurant in Saco is very good. The service leaves a little to be desired. While waiting for food I watched four employees stand on the line on the right hand side with their hands in their pockets doing nothing. There were three orders ahead of mine and a couple behind me so it was fairly busy. The woman in front of me got her 12 tacos and left. The gentleman behind me got his too before I got mine. When I was told it was because they were making tacos for a large order I saw the large order come off the left hand side of the line. The right side was still doing nothing until someone told him to do my order. They did it and then went back to standing around with their hands in their pockets. That was today December 9th at approximately noon. They really need to work on paying attention and getting orders out in the correct order so that people two and three behind each other aren't getting their orders ahead of...

Saco Bell is terrible.

The staff, although friendly and polite, are; inefficient, poorly trained, and seemingly unable to produce your order the way one would expect, which is weird, because we spent a longer than normal time ordering it.

The restaurant itself is gross and unkempt. There were fruit flies all over the place, and I don't mean that as if I saw one or two and am blowing it out of proportion, they were on every surface we came across. The kitchen was disgusting, as there was trash and discarded food scraps all over the floor.

The bathroom was nice though.

Every time I come back here, whether for myself or someone else, (which is still infrequent) there is new staff, I'm sure that if management/the owners had a better idea of how to run the establishment/treat employees, they would function better, have a lower turnover rate, and probably less...

We ordered from grub hub and the driver droped our order off at someone elses house and gave us the other person order. So my husband knowing i was already having a rough day drove all the way to kfc/taco bell to get me my food. The line was all the way to the intersection. The line was moving pretty fast until the lady in front of us started yelling at the crew members thought the drive though intercom about her online order getting messed up (she wasnt even at the right place🙄) as soon as she left the crew members of this fine establishment got the line moving again even after that lady and having a line that didnt seem to go away everyone had a smile on their faces. I finally got my food which was great and fast. And they even gave us a few cookies for waiting in that line. This is what true customer service should be like. They made my day...
