Four years ago, the review below was posted. I went back today to get a breakfast burger combo. Three hours after consumption I am vomiting..t is now 3 :00 pm and I have returned to the porcelain now for the third time....not at all happy about this, I gave you my money and in return I am food poisoned. Not a very fair trade, will not ever be returning.......Here is the review from four years ago: It was horrible service...in line for 12 minutes before getting to the window. Got to the window...8 minutes later I get my order...I check it...fries, not poppers and chicken strips not A superstar with cheese and no onion. I tell the guy he says ok sorry about that...didnt look confused at all and said can you park around the other side and we will bring your order. I said um...yeah ok..I pull around and park at thedouble doors....a homeless lady is screaming at at someone that isnt there, and another homeless guy was asking If I had any money I could give him...yeah almost 10 minutes later the guy comes out and says you have the Superstar I said yep.. He kinda tosses the bag into the window. I was really displeased and I said wow really man he turned and looked at me and said yep...and just kept walking. NEVER going back....30 minutes in a drive thru,given wrong food and horrible attitude at me for it...nah...
Read moreMy husband and I went through the drive thru to order 2 combos which resulted in $23 dollars, I asked the cashier for ranch and she told me that they were out so I asked for 1 packet of the salad ranch and she told me that I would have to be charged for it which, I thought was ridiculous considering that we were already paying $23 but I was okay with paying it because I can only enjoy my food with ranch and so I told her, “okay that’s fine, how much”? Then she said, “Give me a second” and turned to her screen pretending to type something. I started reaching for my wallet and pulling out cash only to watch her ask her coworker through her headset something regarding the ranch. After she got her response from her coworker she then turns to me and tells me that she can’t sell it to me unless I buy a salad to go with it. This has never happened to me where people that work in a restaurant have to hoard each ranch packet as of it were the last packet.
It wasn’t being given to me, I was going to buy it. To top it off, we leave and park on the side of the parking lot to find that the fries we had been given taste as if they had been sitting under the lamp for the last 10-15 minutes. Read moreMs. Rosalia, this is my 2nd review of your customer service. I truly believe you need to quit. Find something else you can thrive in hun. I gave you roughly 3 months to either not be there or change your attitude. I understand that anything retail is difficult to deal with frustrating customers but please quit. You are the face of the name, you are rude, and disrespectful. I was terrified to eat the cold fries and wrong sandwich. I do have certain expectations when it comes to ordering food. Temperature of the food should be hott, service should be decent at the very least, and finally my order should be correct. Not one expectation was met. You need to quit or be terminated based on your attitude alone. You cost me nearly 15 dollars for a bad attitude and questionable food. I hope this review reaches a manager or gm that actually cares about the ratings.
