Ordered food at 951pm for my grandkids because it was late and didnt want to cook we did not get our order till 1050pm did an app order clerk had hard time looking for our order gave us our drink and told us to go to the front it was already 10 o'clock they had locked the lobby we waited and waited finally at 1030 we went back through the drive through line and ask for our food they gave it to us so I asked then why did you have us wait in the front for over an 45 minutes. I have been hearing that the service here is very bad I would never go back again I will drive extra miles and go to another Taco Bell then this one here, It seems like they hire people that are also their family members and they don't know what they're doing I know people have to make a living but with this bad service I hope they realize you don't treat customers like this, I was so damn mad I just wanted my money back but since I order on the app the lady said there is nothing they can do I should call corporate I've already spent to much energy kids where hungry and didnt...

I think that they should do use better methods now that we have the COVID-19 pandemic. Last night I went to get my food the older gentleman gave me the wrong drink then took the drink back and gave me my correct drink and he was going to give that drink that I gave him back to the person in the car behind me this should not happen what if I had COVID-19 ? I think that there should be a person who is there to take the payments and a different person to hand out the food because The person who has been taking payments has been catching different credit cards and cash that may have been exposed to COVID-19 so that person is using the same gloves to now hand the food and the drinks out that people will touch and not everyone thinks of this thing so I am saying this because I have a weak immune and I think this thing should be done better they do this at Chick-fil-ASomeone takes the order outside and the payment then all you have to do is just grab...

Have ordered food here multiple times before. And have come in to ask only for a water cup before with no problem. Came in for just a water with my husband tonight and all of a sudden they don't allow to give out water cups. The manager was extremely rude and said that we have to pay for the cup when we asked for medium waters. I understood so I asked for a regular water. He then said for a regular water cup it's $1.50 each. Then he said he can't give any water if we don't buy food. When we asked who his area coach is or who his manager is, his only response was a repetitive, "I don't know." When we pulled up to the drive thru window, turns out he was the manager! We asked numerous times who his area coach was and kept repeating, "I don't know." Low and behold, my husband and I know the area coach and have worked for him before!
