I don't eat here because I'm a vegan, but the restroom at this place is pretty nice. I remember riding my bike through this rough looking neighborhood, when all of a sudden I felt a sharp pain in my stomach and searched for the nearest restroom. I thought to myself, "Man, I shouldn't have eaten all that Taco Bell before going on a two hour bike ride.", but I was hungry at the time and Taco Bell has really good vegan options. I remember stopping at the near by Ride Aid, but their restroom was absolutely disgusting and I couldn't, by the life of me, sum up the courage to sit on that toilet, no matter how bad I wanted to. Then I stopped at the near by Carl's Jr, but the restroom was only accessible to customers only, because they had an issue with people using the bathroom, and I quote, "to smoke crack.", and I couldn't buy anything because I spent all my money on Taco Bell. So I ran out the door, I did even bother getting back on my bike, and went to Popeyes that had a restroom that was free to use. Thank God it was only next door from Carl's Jr, because I don't know how much longer I could've went. I remember, upon relieving myself, thinking "Man, this restroom is really nice.", and now every time I drive past that place, I tell the other people in my car, without telling this story, that this place has a...

Went there on Saturday night through the Drive Thru. Had to wait on our chicken strips. Parked in front, waited 20+ minutes, the guy named Victor brought my food. They had forgotten our drinks, so he went back in to get them, in the meantime I checked our food. They gave me fish instead of chicken strips, & forgot my son's shrimp. When he brought the drinks I told him. He had forgotten straws so, I went back in before he came out & he gave me the food, I wanted more sauce. He told me he could only give me 1 extra sauce per meal, making that 2 sauces per 5 piece meal. Smh.... I'm thinking, after you guys messed up our order & made us wait even longer than we were orginally told, you want to be stingy with the sauces? But I was being nice about the whole situation even though I was irritated. He ended up giving me more sauces. We left & get down the street, had to turn around because they had forgot my son's cookies. I know it was busy, but they need to make sure the Drive Thru orders are accurate. Nobody wants to get home or halfway home & have to drive back for their food. They need to work on their customer...

I have given this location multiple chances and they have failed me evertime. I've received cold food from them, uncooked chicken, and now terrible service. When I came out the drive through, I noticed they forgot every single sauce I needed for my meal and when I tried to come in and ask for more the door was locked. I knocked and knocked. It was only around 8:20 pm. So I decided to call. I called about 4 times. No answer. So I proceeded getting back in the dreadful long line. By the time I get back to the window I asked for the sauce that was forgotten and asked can I have another small fry because at this point my daughters food was now cold! (It was barely hot to begin with). They refused. So I waited to speak with a manager. She never came. But instead they went and told every car behind me that I was holding up the line. So now multiple customers are trying to fight me. Not to mention when I got home my chicken wasn't even fully cooked. Just ridiculous and that employee put mine and my child's safety at risk.
