Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Sacramento

The worst little Cesar’s in all of the greater Sacramento region. Unfortunately due to the managers lack of care and training, he hires incompetent staff. If they make your food wrong they will only gaslight you into trying to remake your order and avoid giving you your money back. They tell every customer the full phone number on the ticket even though that’s not the person who made the order, so essentially they’re giving random creeps and people your full phone number and you can just say yes and they’ll believe you and give you more food which takes it away from the real person who called it in. They tried to argue with me over their new recipes even though nothing is advertised for them. So if you order anything, make sure to confirm the ingredients. Because if you don’t mention what you want even though you think you’re ordering the same ol dish, they’ll charge you for the wrong item and decline a refund. The entire menu has changed but they advertise it like the old menu. The staff has no patience and come across so rude. Don’t come here unless you...

So I ordered my pizza deep dish and I heard incorrectly my order said back to me, and was given the original pepperoni....I went to my ride and checked and saw it was incorrect.... not only that the pizza looked a bit old...I took it back in and the guy gave me a weird look...I know what I ordered, but here lies the problem, english is only their second language and it's my first.... it's great that people other then whites get the chance to run and or own a business, but how is it my fault I have difficulty understanding what is read back to me when he could not understand deep dish pizza.....the guy said I read her order back, yes he did.....but as well as he understood me is how well I understood him......I did get my deep dish hot pizza, it was great, jus make sure if english is your language, this pizza place, theirs is spanish....my hats off to you all who own businesses, jus remember we have us only english speakers and have patience with us like we...

The ladies "working" at 9pm 6/17/21 did not seem bothered to work. My husband walked into an empty lobby and waited while 3 employees stood around looking at their phones and ignoring him for several minutes. Finally a male worker came to take our order after he finished stacking sodas. We had placed an order for pick up that was supposed to be ready in 10-15 minutes and my husband got there at 15 minutes but had to wait another 10 or so because apparently no one had been working on them. Maybe all three employees were on break at the same time? The last 10 minutes the 3 women started working, but also keep checking their phones.

We've been to this location several times because we like the food here and usually have much better service. Hopefully this was a one-off experience and/or...
