Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Sacramento

Today I am highly disappointed in Church's Chicken 🍗..🤔hmm how do I start off by telling people that there was molded water under their ordering window...come mon. And then to top it off you could see the outcoming water as it was leaving the building... It looked gray white and very greenish. But this location was continuing to take orders...during our pandemic together we have to stand in keeping our businesses clean and safe. Church's Chicken you have to clean the outside of your building.and the worker that asked me what I would like to order took almost 10 minutes as I sat with my timer say come back, and ask about the order. By that time the smell of mode have filled my car... And I felt like I was losing my breath so I pulled out of the line and try to go inside and talk with someone but the doors were locked and the workers looked very busy..... So I hope this message somehow reaches you......but if you're not paying that much attention to the outside of the building I highly doubt that the small details like a simple review get even looked at.....so when someone from your management sees this I do hope that they send a cleaning crew to clean up the waist and the garbage and the fecal matterthat's pouring out of the side of the building as they stay open and take orders during the pandemic when everyone should be cleaning up after themselves as much as possible........at one of my favorite locations this is very heartbreaking to see because now it makes me wonder how the food has been taken care of before they...

My boyfriend and I approached the speakers to make our order. The first thing Stephana said through the intercom was, “Can you wait?” We said yes and waited. When Stephana told us to make our order, she rushed us by telling us our total every time we ordered a meal. We were interrupted three times until we decided to approach the window. We waited outside of the window without being acknowledged for an inexcusably long period of time. Stephana was too occupied speaking to another employee (older African-American male with front teeth missing) to attend to us, she had her back towards us the entire time. When Stephana finally took the time to tend to us, she opened the window and repeated the total for a fourth time. My boyfriend tried to finish our order by asking if we could add two busicuits; however, Stephana rudely interrupted him by saying “We can’t do add-on’s at the window,” took our credit card and shut the window before we could even respond. I was so appalled by her behavior and disrespectful customer service. I waited until she opened the window to ask why we couldn’t add two biscuits to our order. Stephana responded by saying, “There are cars behind you. You didn’t say anything when I asked if that was it for your order” to which I replied, “No, you didn’t even give us a chance to finish our order. You kept telling us our total instead.” Stephana replied, “Okay whatever, here are your straws.” I am so appalled and highly unsatisfied with the customer service at...

The food is really good, if they have what you want. That is a rarity. They are always out of most things I want. I'm not a real picky person but I can't seem to be able to get what I want and I'm only asking for normal things off their menu. When all I'm ordering is a 10 piece meal and I can't get the type of chicken I want, spicy, or one of the two sides I want, mac and cheese, that's bad. I'm not referring to a one time incident either. The last 5 times I've been there they haven't had spicy chicken. They only make 2 kinds, spicy and regular. Why are they always out of the spicy? My last visit they had nothing but regular legs. That's it! I told them they suck because it happens to me every time. Every single time. The time before that they asked me to wait 3 minutes, so I could get fresh chicken, and they forgot about me waiting out front. I finally had to walk in and ask where my food was. I would, one time, like to be able to just order from the menu and get what I want to order. That's not asking for much, I don't think. I'm ordering popular items.
