To begin with, the Fried rice was not fried, it came to the table steamed. Since I ordered the 'house' fried rice I thought that it would be the usual definition of ' house' which is meant to be all of the stuff from the other kinds of fried riceto include chicken, shrimp, beef, and all vegetables offered...not the case...it was very plain, with a little corn, a few chunks of chicken and not much else...very sadly disappointing. I am from 250 miles away and it turned out that my 14 yr. old kid left their phone there...we were in a motel 60 miles away when we discovered this, and called the restaurant. The staff was not helpful at all...I even said i would send a self addressed, paid for padded envelope to have them send it to me...."no, we don't do that."...o.k....I said I will be back to the children's hospital in August...so please put the phone in an office drawer or safe til I can get it no we don't do that." They said they would put it in the lost and found...that is all...this is a new Galaxy 12 phone and SO...i had to drive back 60 miles to get it since they would NOT work with me...VERY DISSAPOINTING!! Will not go...
Read moreThe worst customer service ever! I don't think the owner has ever worked in the restaurant or customer service industry before. If you ever dare order from them, make sure to have them repeat your order back to you, apparently there owner doesn't know his own menu. And go through your order before you leave. I ordered chicken teriyaki and shrimp tempura. I got home and saw I got mixed tempura instead of shrimp tempura, and what looked like my chicken teriyaki. I called and went back for my shrimp tempura. When I got home and started to eat, I took a bite of what I then realized was salmon teriyaki instead of my chicken teriyaki. I called and went back again. I went 3 times to get my order correct and was talked to as of it was my fault the order was wrong. And then he attempted to charge me more money to get my order correct. I refused to pay extra just to get what I originally ordered, and left with my disgusting salmon teriyaki instead of the chicken teriyaki that I wanted. It was my 1st and last visit. Unfortunately I can't give this place negative stars! DON'T WASTE YOU'RE MONEY!!! Go somewhere that appreciates...
Read moreI found this little gem hidden in that little Jack n' The Box shopping center on the NE corner of Broadway and Stockton Blvd. If Jack n' The Box wasn't closed because of an "emergency" I would have never found it - and that makes me sad. I always determine a restaurant's worth by the quality of the chicken they use. I know... I'm a little strange. Nonetheless, if the chicken, when bitten, leaves tendrils (haha ewww!) stuck in your teeth - it's a wrap for that place! Never again. I've been to a few places where I've spent $25-30 for a chicken something-or-other and bit down on what feels like veins inside the "all white meat" chicken (just because you bleach it doesn't make it "all white meat") when you pull it from between the teeth. But this place is the opposite - $10 for a rather high quality piece of 🐔 ! The dining area is large, roomy and very clean. The staff, while all seemingly hurried, are still friendly and will smile at you whenever they can. I would definitely recommend...
