I've been supporting this location since they opened as it is conveniently located and most employees are young kids working in the blazing sun just trying to make ends meet. However, today was probably my last day. I've been seeing an issue with the speed of service but haven't felt it was serious enough to address because it does get busy and I noticed they regularly have new employees. However, the last 2 times my order has been wrong and I knew when they gave me my total. I voiced my concern on the spot and was brushed off as if I didn't know what I was talking about. I only order 4 or 6 shots of espresso everytime, multiple times a week. So, I know what the total should be and I know what my bank statement says. The total for the quad shot (what I bought today) should be $3.85. Instead, I was charged $5.15. I am not going to argue with an employee (who THINKS they know better than I do) over $1.30. I will go down the street to the "other guys" where the espresso is cheaper (partially because I always tip the kids working in 90-100 degrees) and the service is faster. I hope the $1.30 was worth losing a regular customer. (I was extremely forgiving with my rating...
Read moreI was waiting for almost 10 minutes when another car pulls in front of me through the split drive thru and the worker takes their order before mine. I don't want to cause a scene because then I'll look like the bad guy so instead I just leave.

I have never gone back to the other Dutch Bros where this had happened so I guess I'm just done with dutch bros all together.
So not only am I attempting to purchase an over priced drink but I'm getting cut in line while it happens.
I just don't understand why you wait 10 minutes in line to get cut and have to wait longer for the person who cut you. It just...
Read moreIf I could give this particular dutch bros more than 5 stars I would. I came through the drive-thru having an awful day. I was stressed out, upset, and crying. Dustin one of the employees had come out and noticed immediately. He asked if it was okay to open my car door and give me a hug. He listened to me. He engaged me. He joked with me. He asked me about my journey into becoming a new mom. He went so far above and beyond the call of his duty, covering my drink and writing a nice message on my cup to remind me that everything is going to be alright. I appreciate him and this dutch bros soo much. I really hope that he or a manager sees this because he truly deserves the recognition for what he did for...
