Saturday at 10:34 am I ordered off the breakfast menu and told they’re serving lunch. I ordered a double cheese baconator or extreme bacon like that was the name of sandwich ..added mustard, pickles and lettuce and to be cut in half ..my combo that rung up to a few cents less than $15.00 .
Driving from Sac back to Bay in holiday traffic. Opened the bag as I entered the fwy, ate hot fries .. nicely salted … opened the burger that I ordered cut in half and took a bite into my anticipated “bacon “ burger and thought … where’s the bacon … had to unwrap the burger to check how many pieces of bacon it was “missing “… all but one piece… once I opened the half I was eating I then opened the other half to ensure my mind was right and my eyesight wasn’t deceptively playing hide the bacon .. it wasn’t.. only a half of bacon assigning it was cut from the half I had bitten into ..
My normal reaction is to return and get what I ordered. I was too deep in traffic and pulled the receipt off the bag and made a call to report the error of the cook and window services as no one double checked that “special order “ was correct.. I had to leave a detailed message as no one picked up the phone . I did make mention I would be posting a review..
At these prices and being that most folks aren’t locals that use the convenience of a “drive thru “- we are driving literally through… and depending on you to ensure the order is complete and correct.
Please take the time and remember to do better for your traveling customers too..

That grease was contaminated and disgusting dirty. You can taste it on the food. This is an old Burger King. They don’t care about customers coming back. The food used to be good. About 20 years ago and now everything just taste disgusting from their preparation. There is no way those hashbrowns should’ve looked that bad and taste the way that they did, unacceptable . Customer service here is mediocre and the inside of the location is extremely dated. This Burger King needs a remodeling and upgrades. Eating fast food is already not the healthiest however how they are prepping our food in this Burger King and dirty grease can have serious health consequences to your body in the future. Got my order completely wrong, adding items that don't even belong on the burger to begin with while forgetting items that do belong. Took over an hour to get them to answer my phone call. Then, when I finally spoke to the manager, Anna, I was told I could come back the next day for a refund on my card. When I went back for a refund, they first told me they couldn't do it. Then, when they finally did, they only reimbursed me for the one sandwich, and they did so in CASH and not on my card as I was told. I basically spent 7 dollars in gas to get reimbursed for 7 dollars (which I was under the impression I was being reimbursed for 45). What a waste of my time and energy. Will NEVER order...
