I recently tried the Aloo Tikki Chaat and Kadhi Pakora, and both dishes exceeded my expectations. The Aloo Tikki Chaat was bursting with flavors — the tikkis were perfectly crisp on the outside and soft inside, topped generously with tangy chutneys, fresh yogurt, and crunchy sev, making every bite a delicious mix of textures and taste.

The Kadhi Pakora was equally impressive. It had the perfect balance of tanginess and spice, with a smooth, creamy consistency that’s hard to find. The pakoras were soft, well-seasoned, and soaked up the kadhi beautifully without becoming too soggy. You could really tell everything was made fresh.

The best butter chicken in sacramento ! We decided to try this place randomly we noticed it a few times parked at the chevron gas station. In the last 2 weeks I’ve gotten it 4-5 times. Each time it has been consistently good. The tawa rotis are very soft. I also tried the kadi pakoda which is excellent just like home made. I’ll try more items in the future. Great place for real Indian food! Had the paneer and daal makni with rotis and they were so tasty and had a home cooked vibe. Rotis were buttered just right and paneer and daal makni was made authentically without coloring. Great for veg people!

The staff are also super friendly and they set up tables outside the truck which was a nice and windy outdoors, great to eat with the food...
