Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Sacramento

This location is by far the WORSE LOCATION I HAVE BEEN TO!! I really hate when I have no choose but to come to this location because my drinks are ALWAYS BAD and I’m CONSTANTLY having to complain and have my drink remade or just accept the trash drink because I waited in line forever and I have other places to go. This location is extremely slow. I even recorded one day where I was stuck in line for about 30 min and there was no one outside taking order. I have witnessed them trying to give a customer a half filled drink that was given back and had to be remade. This location needs a new manager or someone to hype this place up a LOT (I’m available if you all are looking to hire a manager for this location. I have wonderful customer service and an awesome playlist for work) I have wasted a LOT of time and money at...

I LOVE DUTCH BROS and I hate leaving horrible reviews but this location has peeved me for the last time. To start, the people who work here are never nice and always rushing. Like I get it, it’s early but a good morning and have a good day would be nice. (And mind you, I’ve been to over 20 locations and this is the only one I’ve been to that’s like this) I went in today at 7:40 today for a rebel… simple enough that said $7.95 online and that I’ve had before. Not only did was it more… FOR A SMALL, but it wasn’t even made well and to standard. Like I've said I’ve had it before, so I know the whole top is supposed to be covered with pop rocks. Genuinely, I’m just kind of disappointed because I’m spending hard earned money to support Dutch bros. :(...

I'll keep going out of my way to the Stockton Blvd location. Had high hopes for this one since it's so much closer and on my way to my weekly shopping, but the experience left me pretty unsatisfied. Asked for a caramel wall, reiterated it at the window, was assured it would be there, got the drink and there was nothing. I asked if they could redo it, offered to pull over and park to not hold up the line, but the person at the window said it got mixed in from sitting a bit. Caramel sauce does not mix in like milk or cream unless you are mixing it for a while(which they don't do with a caramel wall). I was in line maybe 5 minutes. I just said "this is wrong, but okay." And left. No point in going...
