Bel Air — Local services in Sacramento

AFC is the company that runs the hot wok area in Bel Air on Florin Rd. I am in the store almost every day Shopping. Every single time we go to the hot walk area The staff there are super unhelpful, rude, and give zero customer support. I can’t stand when places don’t give good customer service but it’s really sad when the staff In the Chinese area knows that they don’t have to be polite or give good customer service cause they already know nothing is gonna happen to them. I know Belair probably isn’t going to change the vendor they have in the hot walk area because these people have been renting that space for many years. However having them in your store is still a representation of your company. I feel like if you can’t change the vendor then maybe change the staff or at least get them some customer service training because they’re rude and give horrible customer service. I have had multiple instances where I visited the store and these people are just unbelievably rude. And then they laugh in your face while they’re being rude because they know they already there’s no consequence for them. Then I complain to the staff at the front register. Her response was just to say that they treat her the same way when she goes to buy something from them. That response actually really Annoyed me further because it was like making an excuse for why they act that way, but just because they treat the Belair employees the same way doesn’t make the way they’re treating the customers, right. I also spoke with the manager that was working this evening, who is actually really nice by the way and always helpful and he said that he had already gotten a couple complaints about the Chinese food counter today. As I stated previously, this is not my first bad encounter with them so if they are getting multiple complaints even a couple days a week, I think this needs to be addressed. Terrible, rude, disrespectful behavior from a cashier named Aleana. (My spelling may not be correct but SHE knows who she is!!) I'm a 70 yr disabled female alone shopping there this past Thursday night. Her terrible behavior was an embarrassment.....disgrace to her mother!! I'm so glad this very ugly behavior was not demonstrated by any of the young people in my family. They would not dare disgrace the family name like that. I guess she saw me as a target for whatever her personal frustrations are because I am a senior, disable, female alone. She found out she picked the wrong old, crippled woman to go after. I had about $55.00 worth of groceries in my cart that I no longer wanted because of her. So I only purchased the ice cream which was all I came for anyway!!! Wonder how many other people w money to spend, she has run off!!??? So beware of her unless u r w a man......... older, disabled ladies!!! Further......I left 3 messages at corporate office of Raleys in Sacramento but I did not receive a return call. So it's obvious Raleys condones the behavior. Good for them. Since they remodeled I am not happy at all with this store. Seems like they want to give alot more attention and space to a bunch of tables and chairs that nobody uses and all these open areas with registers that are never used at the expense of having a pathetic selection of food. They've raised their prices again. Jeez. The grocery carts area out front can only be accessed from the far west side of the store - where there is no door. Why not have them open up at the middle of the store front where the only door to get in is? The way they designed it makes absolutely no sense. What was the purpose of moving the bread aisle all the way over to the opposite side of the store? Hanging bananas? Everytime I go in there they don't have what they used to carry. Can't even find the family size stoffers lasagna anymore. They jacked up their prices..again! Just had to say that one more time. $6 for some powdered crystal light?? C'mon.
