What I Witnessed at Jimboy’s Tacos on Greenhaven Drive Today Was Absolutely Inhumane. I’m still shaken by what I saw. Earlier today, I went to the Jimboy’s on Greenhaven Drive, and what happened there has left me sick to my stomach. A woman with three young children came into the restaurant in distress. She had locked her keys, phone, and oxygen tank in the car — with her kids inside. She begged the manager, an older Latina woman wearing glasses, to use the restaurant’s phone. Instead of showing any basic human decency, the manager went on a bizarre rant about “long distance calls.” When the woman said she didn’t understand, the manager snatched the phone away from her and told her she couldn’t use it. Then she walked to the back, laughing with other employees in Spanish. The woman came back in, now panicking, saying, “Please call 911, I can’t breathe!” She was clearly in medical distress — her oxygen was still locked in the car, and it was hot out. The manager refused again. So the woman reached for the phone herself — desperate — and the manager physically fought her for it. They were tugging it back and forth while the woman was gasping, “I need help, I’m calling 911!” The manager yanked it away so hard the line snapped. The woman then staggered outside with her crying children — and collapsed on the ground. She was unresponsive. The manager saw this — and still did NOTHING. No call to 911. No concern. I didn’t have my phone on me, but thank God another customer called 911. The ambulance arrived and drove off with lights and sirens on. The woman was taken away, possibly suffering a heart attack. Her kids were crying and terrified. And that manager? She just went on with her day. I don’t know if that woman is okay — but I do know this: Jimboy’s should be ashamed. That manager should be fired immediately and never allowed in a position of responsibility again. And that restaurant? I wouldn’t spend a single dime there. What I witnessed wasn’t just customer neglect — it was inhuman cruelty. If you care about decency, compassion, or basic human rights — DO NOT support the Jimboy’s on Greenhaven Drive. Read moreI visited this location because it’s close to my house. Only thing is, they don’t have a drive thru. But my experience was poor, due to what I saw. So I ordered our food and we (family and I) were waiting for it while we waited a man walks in and proceeds to tell the cashier that his togo order was incorrect. When he got home he noticed items were missing from the order and he drove back and told to tell them and so the lady at registers asks the cook, and the man is there waiting and the lady was like “ok 1 burrito not 2” and I guess he was missing two of them, she said they could only give him 1 based on what the cook said that she did in fact out two in that order, and I’m just there listening and waiting for my food. And her and gentleman go back and forth wether it was one or two burritos and I just felt like it was unprofessional, why would he come all the way back to argue about missing food that’s a hassle and I just felt like it was an easy fix, give the customer what he wants he obviously paid for food that was missing and there was no need to go back and forth. I’m be worked in the fast food industry before and it’s really not that serious, I was upset for the gentleman. And for that reason, I will no longer visit this location again. Read moreThe customer service at this Jimboys is the worst service I've experienced in years!!! They charge you high prices and have the audacity not to place all your food in the bag. I called as soon as I got home and complained and was told I could come and get the food items missing. I was ill for a few days and went 4 days later to get the missing items and was informed i only had 24 hours to get the items. I informed the manager that I was not told I had 24 hours and she told me there was nothing she could do. I feel as though they are pimping people by taking our money and not giving us the items we paid for. This is highway robbery!!!! If a customer is supporting your business you should take every measure possible to make the situation correct especially if your business was in the wrong!! They should have taken my name and placed it in the manager log and no time limit should be placed if I didn't get my food. Additionally, the food items I did get was absolutely terrible and I had to toss the food in the trash!!!! I will never stop at their location again.
